innocent are looking for 20 MNers and their DC’s to take part in their Big Grow Campaign and grow their own vegetables at home.

Here’s what innocent have to say: “We want to encourage kids to grow their own veg to help teach them where their food comes from. We believe that by growing it themselves, kids are much more likely to eat (and enjoy eating) fruit and veg and continue with healthy eating habits to last a lifetime”

Each selected tester will receive a box containing:

  • a pack of pea seeds
  • a box of innocent kids smoothies
  • a garden label
  • a compost disc
  • a growing guide

Everyone who takes part will be required to test out the product with your DC and then leave two lots of feedback on a thread on Mumsnet. We’d also love to see before, during and after photos of your peas growing.

The kits will be sent out from 5th April onwards. It takes a few weeks to grow your peas to the point where you can harvest the pea shoots to add them to salads or sandwiches, so please only apply if you’re around to see through the growing process for the following few weeks or so.

Everyone who leaves the required feedback will be entered into a prize draw where one tester will win a £300 voucher of their choice (from a list).

If you would like to take part, please sign up here.

Thanks and good luck!

Hi @PerfectlySymmetricalButtocks innocent says: "You won’t need a big growing space at all – by using your kids smoothie carton, you can pop them on your window sill or table. The growing guide we send out explains all, but it’s super easy and doesn’t take up space"

Hello @sillymoomin and @MacNCheese87, thanks for letting us know- we're really sorry about this. The teams involved in this campaign are not in over the weekend but we're working to find out exactly what's happened here and will get back to you with more details ASAP on Monday. @ButteredParsn1ps, have you had the same problem?

Thanks for your patience Flowers

Hi MNers

innocent have got back to us with the following statement:

"We’re so sorry for the mix up - the guys we use to send out drinks attached the right labels to the wrong boxes. We'd love to send you a box of drinks by way of an apology. We'll make sure we got the right labels on the right boxes this time Blush. We will also ensure that both your names addresses are deleted from both our database and the company we used to send out the products database.

Yours, tail between legs,

innocent"

Many Thanks
