Lidl are looking for 250 UK Mumsnetters with a toddler (in size 5 or 6 nappies) to try out their Pull Up pants. Selected testers will be sent their choice of the following

Junior Smart Pants Size 5 for weights: 29-44lbs 13-20kg - 20 in a pack (RRP £2.09)

Junior Nappies Big / XL Smart Pants Size 6 for weights: 35+ lbs 16+ kg - 18 in a pack (RRP £2.09)

Here’s what Lidl have to say about the products: “Lidl knows the most important things when choosing a nappy are dryness, protection and comfort. That's why we ensure ultimate dryness and leakage protection with a super absorbent core. They're extra soft and flexible with a stretchy waistband.

There is no need to pay a premium price for a premium nappy, our prices are low but our quality is high. Our nappies are dermatologically tested, latex free, skin-friendly and independently tested. Protecting the environment is also important, therefore the padding used is from sustainably managed forests. The slim design means less materials, less packaging and less energy, helping to minimize our carbon footprint."

If selected, we’d like you to give feedback by completing a survey and posting on a feedback thread on Mumsnet.

Testers who give feedback as required will be entered into a prize draw, where one lucky tester will receive a £300 Love2Shop voucher.

Please note, the test will take place over the next few weeks so please only apply if you're around and willing to give feedback then.

If you’d like to take part then please add your details here.

Thanks

Surprised to get pull ups today, we have just started to potty train DS! Will see how they cope with night times.

Rosehips · 29/10/2017 06:17

outedmyselfagain · 29/10/2017 08:45

Confused. Glad I’m not the only one with no instructions.

Staceyltom · 29/10/2017 09:38

Scoleah · 29/10/2017 11:59

Yep no leaks here either! Well impressed so far! Grin

AnnMumsnet · 29/10/2017 13:00

RatRolyPoly · 29/10/2017 20:46

Just placemarking to make sure I receive further instructions to go with these nappies... which are doing great so far, incidentally!

Alphvet · 29/10/2017 20:51

Sparrowlegs248 · 30/10/2017 07:02

AnnMumsnet · 30/10/2017 12:10

Have emailed all testers now...do check your junk/spam if it doesn't arrive and add us to your safe senders list.

Kayleigh2409 · 30/10/2017 12:44

Will there be a link emailed to provide feedback?

AnnMumsnet · 30/10/2017 12:46

@Kayleigh2409

Will there be a link emailed to provide feedback?

Yep - will send this out probably next week (to give you chance to try them)

smilingthroughgrittedteeth · 30/10/2017 14:51

Received email. It did make me chuckle though as I'd sort of guessed I'd been chosen 😂

ToastyFingers · 30/10/2017 15:59

I received a mystery package on Friday, and an email this morning. I'm very excited to try, I never get picked for anything usually!

Angelfaced · 01/11/2017 09:38

Hi there I've received the pull up but I've checked all my inboxes and havnt received an email of the survey. Could someone email me please 😊

Scoleah · 01/11/2017 10:12

Hi Angel
The feedback thread hasn’t been posted yet,
Email off mumsnet said it should be up sometime next week when we’ve had chance to test them! Smile

This was email..

“Apologies for the massive delay in this - I hope you're able to try the pants with your child and share feedback. If you are unable to now take part please let me know and I can make a note.

I will send you links for the feedback thread and survey soon.

Note: you will be sent two packs of pants - please do try both before giving your feedback.”

Smile
Angelfaced · 01/11/2017 10:26

Ah fab thankyou 😊

StickChildNumberTwo · 05/11/2017 18:53

Testing them, but I'm baffled by the blue pull tab thing on the back. I can't see what on earth it's for - any ideas? I'm probably being dense...

Scoobygang7 · 05/11/2017 19:15

@StickChildNumberTwo if you roll the used pull up, up when dirty pull the tab it's sticky and will hold the back to the front. Similarity to using the tabs on a nappy to hold everything in

StickChildNumberTwo · 05/11/2017 22:22

@Scoobygang7 thank you! I'd realised I couldn't wrap it up without tabs but hadn't made the connection.

ToastyFingers · 08/11/2017 12:07

Does anyone know if the feedback/survey thread will be available soon?

RatRolyPoly · 08/11/2017 13:21

I dunno Toasty but I'll have forgotten what I thought by the time it's up and running! Will we get more nappies to refresh our memories? Wink

ToastyFingers · 08/11/2017 13:36

ha! That's be awesome. I made notes because I'm a massive nerd.
