Lidl are looking for 250 UK Mumsnetters with a toddler (in size 5 or 6 nappies) to try out their Pull Up pants. Selected testers will be sent their choice of the following

Junior Smart Pants Size 5 for weights: 29-44lbs 13-20kg - 20 in a pack (RRP £2.09)

Junior Nappies Big / XL Smart Pants Size 6 for weights: 35+ lbs 16+ kg - 18 in a pack (RRP £2.09)

Here’s what Lidl have to say about the products: “Lidl knows the most important things when choosing a nappy are dryness, protection and comfort. That's why we ensure ultimate dryness and leakage protection with a super absorbent core. They're extra soft and flexible with a stretchy waistband.

There is no need to pay a premium price for a premium nappy, our prices are low but our quality is high. Our nappies are dermatologically tested, latex free, skin-friendly and independently tested. Protecting the environment is also important, therefore the padding used is from sustainably managed forests. The slim design means less materials, less packaging and less energy, helping to minimize our carbon footprint."

If selected, we’d like you to give feedback by completing a survey and posting on a feedback thread on Mumsnet.

Testers who give feedback as required will be entered into a prize draw, where one lucky tester will receive a £300 Love2Shop voucher.

Please note, the test will take place over the next few weeks so please only apply if you're around and willing to give feedback then.

If you’d like to take part then please add your details here.

Thanks

Well, uh, this is awkward. It's been so long since I applied for this that DS is fully toilet trained and in proper pants now.

ShoeJunkie · 26/10/2017 15:46

Spun - me too! DS2 has been out of nappies since end of September! Blush

Staceyltom · 26/10/2017 16:11

Mine arrived today can’t wait to try them

Candyperfumegirl · 27/10/2017 09:38

Mine just arrived this morn, nice surprised as I didn't know I'd been selected. Actually in the middle of potty training my son so he's in big boy pants through the day but these will still come in handy at night and whilst out & about Grin

ShowMeWhatYouGot · 27/10/2017 10:00

Confused but receive my 2 packs today, thanks mumsnet & Lidl x

Scoleah · 27/10/2017 10:13

BingBongBingBong · 27/10/2017 10:54

Woo got mine today 👍

PsychoPumpkin · 27/10/2017 11:45

I forgot i’d applied to test these nappies but they arrived today without a note or an email!

Pinklady1981 · 27/10/2017 11:55

Received 2 packs today but didn't receive an email..strange?! Looking forward to testing them.

NerrSnerr · 27/10/2017 13:29

Ours have arrived today thank you. Was just about to buy some more so perfect timing for us. Thank you.

foxessocks · 27/10/2017 13:56

Yep also received today !luckily my Ds still in the same.size and definitely not toilet trained!!

KadabrasSpoon · 27/10/2017 14:00

Aha I received two boxes too with no explanation. I emailed mumsnet to see if it was from here but no reply but looks like they were from here.

Kentnurse2015 · 27/10/2017 14:52

Ah! This must be what I received!

Kentnurse2015 · 27/10/2017 14:53

I have to say feeling a bit apprehensive at using them as I used some over the summer and DS got terrible nappy rash! I hope it was bad timing!

Scoleah · 27/10/2017 15:36

Silly question,
But My packs are labelled “junior quality 1” and “junior quality 2” are we supposed to be using them in any type of order? No letter or email?

smilingthroughgrittedteeth · 27/10/2017 16:02

scoleah I wondered the same thing, what's the difference between them?

It was so long ago that I signed up I've forgotten all the details

Scoleah · 27/10/2017 16:12

Smiling quality 1 are smart pants
And quality 2 are quick pants
Don’t know the difference! Lol

FlowerTink · 27/10/2017 16:18

We recieved two packs in the post too by complete surprise and I'm pleased it's not just me who didn't have an email!

Echoing pp that when I applied previously in the summer we hadn't started potty training and now dd is wearing pants and dry through the day. We are still using pull ups at night so happy to test them out for night time :)

Rufus27 · 27/10/2017 19:30

Another one who has received packs today, but no idea how/where to feedback or if there is any particular order we are meant to be testing them in?

RatherBeCrazy · 27/10/2017 19:44

Got mine today, equally as confused as pps, also have a feeling DS has gone up a size now so might not be much use!

Friolero · 27/10/2017 19:54

I’ve received them too, just posting here in case the feedback link is posted at some point.

BrawneLamia · 27/10/2017 20:05

Another one here who received these out of the blue today.
I hadn't noticed there were two different types, I idly wondered why they had sent two packs Blush.

Ds is just about in the same size I ordered, luckily. Although his usual brand were starting to leak and feel a bit tight, so if these ones leak it might be that a bigger size would be better.

Sugarcrystal2002 · 27/10/2017 20:07

Glad I'm not the only one who forgot about applying for this. Mine turned up this morning and dd was desperate to wear big girl nappies.

StickChildNumberTwo · 28/10/2017 13:13

Another confused person here, but we'll get testing!

pestov · 28/10/2017 13:17

So wasn’t expecting nappies when I walked to the post office this morning to collect my parcel! A very awkward walk home wondering what the hell I’d ordered that was so large. No instructions or email as yet, hopefully they get their act together on Monday
