The testing team at Clearblue have asked us to find around 250 of you to help develop their products - they are looking for women aged between 18 to 45 years old, who are trying to become pregnant, to take part in a clinical study lasting between four to six weeks.

More info and a link to sign up here.

Moreover, take part, complete the testing cycle and Clearblue will send you £50!

Note: this project is entirely run by Clearblue and is outside of MN control. Conditions apply.

Thanks and good luck

I had the same. Peak on day 11/12. Doesn't let you retest at all once you've had peak... mine went from low x2 days to Peak!

SchnitzelVonCrummsTum · 12/08/2017 19:57

Ah that sounds even more frustrating Timpani. Do you think that the 'peak' was actually your peak, or was it too early for you?

Timpani · 12/08/2017 22:04

I don't know.. It's too early for what I would normally consider my Peak! I ovulate normally between day 15-17! They said on the phone that it's accurate but I would've like the security of being able to test again. I only did 3 tests this cycle. Will wait and see. AF due in a couple of days.

Fingers crossed for you! Did you dtd over your usual fertile window anyhow in case it was early, or follow the monitor?

Timpani · 13/08/2017 07:32

Followed the monitor but threw in a few bonus tries!

SchnitzelVonCrummsTum · 15/08/2017 09:58

Sounds like you've covered your bases then! I'm CD11 and beginning to get a fade in line on my internet cheapy OPKs but obviously no peak yet on CB tests.

Timpani · 17/08/2017 10:05

Looks like AF is on her way. Day 31 but prob won't be full on til say 32. Long cycle for me and if the CB was right then I've had a super long literal phase... hmm. Not convinced it was right. I'd quite like to be able to do additional tests to check after peak identified...

SchnitzelVonCrummsTum · 17/08/2017 10:59

I got 'high' yesterday am again but have taken to looking at the LH and oestrogen lines on the sticks to interpret how close I am to peak. Caught my LH surge at about 3pm yesterday using an internet cheapy and an extra CB test stick without the reader; confirmed it this morning but if I was one of those people with a short surge the reader would have missed it. I will keep testing the surge out with the cheap OPKs now because it won't let us test any more after peak is read - like you, I think it would be useful to be able to keep testing in order to confirm ... hoping that AF isn't on the way for you xx

I'm 44 and would love to conceive. After 6 years of secondary infertility however it's unlikely to happen for us..
