We have been asked by the team at Vorwerk to find 10 (lucky) Mumsnetters to try their latest Kobold VK200 vacuum cleaner and report back on MN!

Selected testers will be sent the Kobold VK200 to use in their own home and asked to share feedback on a thread on Mumsnet. We’d be looking for at least three lots of feedback plus photos of the vac in action. Those selected will be asked to share their first impressions as well as follow up feedback after it has been used a few times. Those selected will also need to add a review on MN.

Prior to use, each selected tester will receive a visit from a representative from the team at Vorwerk who will do a personal demo of the machine in the tester’s own home to ensure the features are fully understood.

I've just applied. I have two messy boys which mean mopping is very frequent, and DS1 has asthma, so I'm constantly worrying about keeping the carpets clean enough.

I've tried most of the popular brands and am yet to find a vacuum cleaner that works effectively on the different types of flooring in our house and gives me a satisfactory level of suction and power to cope with the dust, dirt and pet hair.

As a dog owner with more both hard floors and carpets I seem to spend an awful lot of precious time on floor cleaning. On top of that my Dyson has started making some very strange noises and is definitely in need of replacement. When the time comes (and I will hang on till the bitter end) I will be researching its replacement. This sounds exactly what I need.
