Pedigree say "Our philosophy is to provide leading-edge nutrition that's affordable for everyone, and with over 80 years of experience making dog food, we're proud of our products. Currently, we’re on a mission to encourage owners to feed their dogs a combination dry food, wet food, a regular dental care regime and a responsible amount of treats. Why? Because research by the WALTHAM™ Centre for Pet Nutrition, the leading global authority on pet care and nutrition, shows that this mixed diet provides the widest range of health benefits to your dog".

Testers, please complete the feedback questions below but please feel free to add any other comments you may have. Please state which range of products you were testing, along with the size and age of your dog. You will also need to complete a short survey in order to be entered into the £300 Amazon voucher prize draw where one tester will win! The survey link has been emailed out now.

Q1. Were you aware of Pedigree® dog food before taking part in this product test? If so, have you ever purchased it before?
Yes - the product has been globally marketed and is the macdonalds of the canine world.
Q2. What are your overall impressions of the Pedigree® Complete Feeding diet your dog tested? We’d love your thoughts on the complete diet as well as the individual products.
I'm cross at myself for being lulled into thinking this would be a good idea. Having carefully monitored all my dogs diets for years, I wanted to give Mars the benefit of the doubt and analyse their products. Sadly and apologies for those offended but my dogs stools turned orangey yellow over the first fortnight of use, and the food has definitely irritated his sensitive skin. Back to James wellbeloved for us.
Q3. In future, how likely are you to consider regularly feeding the full Pedigree® diet that your dog tested to your dog? If not the full diet, which particular products would you consider and why? I would continue with the training treats, Fidget loved them.
Q4. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pedigree® to other dog owners? If so, why? If not, why not?
Unfortunately it's all in the Mars marketing. The derivatives and nasties in this unquantified feed make it an uneducated purchase for any dog owner.
Q5. What were your overall impressions of the Pedigree® Tracks app?
Pointless. You shouldn't have a dog if you need to turn to an application to monitor diet.
Q6. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pedigree® Tracks to other dog owners? If so, why? If not, why not? No! Absolutely not. Look at their coat and eyes, monitor their protein intake, all daily checks that become part and parcel of keeping dogs in top condition, not americanised apps!

Q1. Were you aware of Pedigree® dog food before taking part in this product test? If so, have you ever purchased it before? Yes i was aware and we did when he was a puppy
Q2. What are your overall impressions of the Pedigree® Complete Feeding diet your dog tested? We’d love your thoughts on the complete diet as well as the individual products. - i am quite impressed, it seems to fill him up, he loves the treats, more than the ones we originally brought him
Q3. In future, how likely are you to consider regularly feeding the full Pedigree® diet that your dog tested to your dog? If not the full diet, which particular products would you consider and why? maybe not the full diet, as their are cheaper but similar products out there, but i would never ignore it as a brand for any of the products they provide
Q4. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pedigree® to other dog owners? If so, why? If not, why not? yes most definitely, it worked well with my dog, not upset tummy's, healthy stools, and has a great variety
Q5. What were your overall impressions of the Pedigree® Tracks app? it was ok but i didn't feel i really needed it
Q6. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pedigree® Tracks to other dog owners? If so, why? If not, why not? i probably would not as i only see a need for it if the owner was worried about their dogs eating habits or weight*

My 3-year-old beagle/pointer cross, Ray, was delighted to get a parcel all for him, and is enjoying testing it at the moment.

Q1. Yes. I had purchased the cans before, but they were a bit rich for my dog. I hadn't tried the pouches or the mixer though. I'd tried, and was still regularly buying, the treats and chews.

Q2. I'm impressed as my dog really likes it. He's extra-enthusiastic about mealtimes now and will usually eat it all in one go, whereas, with other food I've tried, he likes it but will dip in and out of it and sometimes leave it for hours before eating/finishing it. It's also easy to prepare, doesn't smell as bad as the canned stuff, and using the diet plan and daily teeth chews makes me feel more in control of his health and diet.

Q3. Yes, as it's easy to manage and my dog really likes it, plus the pouches are handy for travel, if we visit friends etc. It will just depend on the price really. I might swap for a cheaper mixer if that's a lot more expensive, and I prefer the Dentaflex chews for his teeth, but would still buy the other ones as well.

Q4. Yes, and I already have, as Ray has been so excited about his food and enjoyed it so much, and the pouches are really convenient.

Q5. I couldn't use the app as it wasn't compatible with my tablet and I didn't have space for it on my phone, so I worked it out manually. So i can't really comment, other than to say I'm disappointed it wasn't compatible with my tablet, which runs the latest version of Android so rarely has issues with any other apps.

Q6. No, because I wasn't able to install it, and when I did look it up in the app store, the reviews and star ratings were bad. I'd maybe recommend the concept as a way to track diet etc., but wouldn't be able to recommend use of the app as I couldn't download it for my device.

Yes - ITS A HOUSEHOLD NAME HOWEVER NEVER TRIED ITS PRODUCTS BEFORE
Q2. What are your overall impressions of the Pedigree® Complete Feeding diet your dog tested? We’d love your thoughts on the complete diet as well as the individual products.
MONTY MY DOG HAS BEEN FEEDING ON THE DRY DOG FOOD - HE HAS TAKEN TO IT WELL, HOWEVER HE IS NOT A LOVER OF THE TREATS, THE DENTASIX HE HAS JUST CHEWED UP AND SPAT OUT
Q3. In future, how likely are you to consider regularly feeding the full Pedigree® diet that your dog tested to your dog? If not the full diet, which particular products would you consider and why?
I WOULD CONSIDER THE DRY FOOD HOWEVER I FEEL THAT COST IS A MAJOR FACTOR AND IT IS FAIRLY EXPENSIVE COMPARED TO OTHER PRODUCTS
Q4. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pedigree® to other dog owners? If so, why? If not, why not?
I WOULD RECOMMEND, IT IS A QUALITY BRAND AND YOU KNOW IT WHEN YOU ARE FEEDING YOUR DOG AND HE LIKES IT STRAIGHT AWAY. YOU ALSO KNOW HE IS GETTING ALL THE NUTRITION HE NEEDS FROM IT
Q5. What were your overall impressions of the Pedigree® Tracks app?
I HAVEN'T TRIED THE TRACKS APP, I PROBABLY WOULDN'T USE AS NOT REALLY A LOVER OF APPLICATIONS
Q6. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pedigree® Tracks to other dog owners? If so, why? If not, why not?
I WOULD SUGGEST THAT THEY CHECK IT OUT FOR THEMSELVES

Q1. Were you aware of Pedigree® dog food before taking part in this product test? If so, have you ever purchased it before?
Yes and Yes
Q2. What are your overall impressions of the Pedigree® Complete Feeding diet your dog tested? We’d love your thoughts on the complete diet as well as the individual products.
I thought the quality was very high on the pouches. There was enough food per feed for my dog also. The biscuits were a great add on to the pouches. He doesnt usually eat biscuits but they went down very well with them. The treats and dentastix he LOVED.
Q3. In future, how likely are you to consider regularly feeding the full Pedigree® diet that your dog tested to your dog? If not the full diet, which particular products would you consider and why?
I will definitely give my dog the biscuits and the treats and dentastix in future. I wouldnt give him the jelly as he refused to eat that, but he did like the gravy ones so I would give him that in future.
Q4. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pedigree® to other dog owners? If so, why? If not, why not?
Yes I found the quality to be very good
Q5. What were your overall impressions of the Pedigree® Tracks app?
The track was very useful in helping to choose the right amount of foods for my dog. To ensure I don't under/over feed him.
Q6. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pedigree® Tracks to other dog owners? If so, why? If not, why not
Yes there are so many different things to do on the app that im sure everyone would benefit in some way.

I'm answering this as the owner of a small Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, aged 6.

Q1. Were you aware of Pedigree® dog food before taking part in this product test? If so, have you ever purchased it before?

Yes I was aware but had not purchased it before.

Q2. What are your overall impressions of the Pedigree® Complete Feeding diet your dog tested? We’d love your thoughts on the complete diet as well as the individual products.

I like the mix of wet and dry foods, our dog used to have only dry food and had swapped to 50/50 dry/wet recently to get her mealtime medicine into her. She loves wet food although needs a good dry food mix to avoid her producing loose poo. She was slightly suspicious of the Pedigree wet food but within three meals was chowing it down as usual. The swap to the dry food wasn't even noticed by her! She seems to be enjoying her food and is lively and energetic when she wants to be. The treats are a good size for her. She isn't interested in the Dentastix beyond throwing one around for a minute or two, but the idea that she could eat or chew on it doesn't occur to her.

Q3. In future, how likely are you to consider regularly feeding the full Pedigree® diet that your dog tested to your dog? If not the full diet, which particular products would you consider and why?
I would definitely consider the wet food as she only needs 1 pouch per day so it's easy and convenient to dish out. Her previous wet food was pretty basic and cheap, I don't think there is much more to the Pedigree ingredients than the previous cheap food so I would need to compare the cost. I would have to look at the price of the dry food vs her usual (specialist) dry food.

Q4. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pedigree® to other dog owners? If so, why? If not, why not?
I would be happy to recommend it based on our experience so far, the dog is happy and healthy.

Q5. What were your overall impressions of the Pedigree® Tracks app?
It is useful but a bit too basic. It contradicted the feeding instructions in the trial and the side of the dry food bag gives a third combination of pouch quantity + dry food weight suggestion so I am unsure on the best quantities to feed. If the app is to be trusted it was helpful in recommending the weight of dry food to feed, given that the dog is a little bit overweight.

I like being able to add exercise as it's good to see that she is getting what she needs, or ensuring that she has another walk if she hasn't been out enough in the day. It's annoying that you can't add in exercise for eg yesterday if you forgot to do it at the time. The overview charts and stars could be a good way to incentivise children to help exercise the dog, but they get skewed if you forget an entry.

The treats selection is not complete so seems a bit pointless on that front as I can't put in the ones I was sent to add into the feeding section.

Q6. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pedigree® Tracks to other dog owners? If so, why? If not, why not?
I would recommend it as a way of tracking your dog's exercise if you were uncertain as to how much you needed to walk them. The feeding bit is only useful(ish) when starting out with the new food.

Thank you for the food and for letting us be part of the trial.

Q1. Were you aware of Pedigree® dog food before taking part in this product test? If so, have you ever purchased it before?
Yes i was aware of Pedigree before the product test ive never purchased it before as i feel its quite expensive.

Q2. What are your overall impressions of the Pedigree® Complete Feeding diet your dog tested? We’d love your thoughts on the complete diet as well as the individual products.
Im very satisfied with all the products although i hate the smell of wet food, Crumpet absolutely loves it and cant wait for it everyday hes even started to barking when i get his bowl.

Q3. In future, how likely are you to consider regularly feeding the full Pedigree® diet that your dog tested to your dog? If not the full diet, which particular products would you consider and why?
I dont feel that i would be able to afford to keep up with the whole Pedigree diet plan but i would still continue to buy the denta sticks as i feel that these are a good way to keep Crumpets teeth and gums healthy.

Q4. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pedigree® to other dog owners? If so, why? If not, why not?
I would recommend it other dog owners as i think that it has had a good impact on Crumpet so far i also find that his mess (as such) is a lot easier to clean up.

Q5. What were your overall impressions of the Pedigree® Tracks app?
I think its ok i used it to work out the feeding but i thought after measuring it out that it wasn't a lot of food, and i keep forgetting to use the exercise app when im out and about.

Q6. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pedigree® Tracks to other dog owners? If so, why? If not, why not?
Im still not sure as of yet as i feel that the amounts that it suggests to feed Crumpet are very low and he would be hungry very quickly i also found the check up app slightly misguiding as it says that Crumpet is underweight but hes the perfect weight for a dog of his breed and size.

  1. Yes to both! Although just the pouches, I found them just small enough to use twice a day as a topping to her dry food

  1. My dog loves it and is happy to eat it. The products are well marketed and family friendly, it's easy to get even the littlies involved in dog feeding. I'm afraid she didn't eat any of the treats at all. But I think that's just her more than the treats themselves.

  1. I will definitely continue to use the feeding system.

  1. Yes I would recommend it, as it has been fine for my dog.

  1. I thought the app was good, however I think it's aimed more for children than adults. It's good for them to use it to get involved with their animals care. Most adults look on the pack to see how much food to give?

  1. I would recommend it to families with younger children who are getting a puppy or dog.

Thank you

Q1. Were you aware of Pedigree® dog food before taking part in this product test? If so, have you ever purchased it before?
Yes I was well aware of Pedigree dog food as my dad had a pet shop 20 years ago and sold lots of it. I must admit I haven't purchased any Pedigree dog food for my current dog as there is so much to choose from nowadays.

Q2. What are your overall impressions of the Pedigree® Complete Feeding diet your dog tested? We’d love your thoughts on the complete diet as well as the individual products.
A good idea although my dog does like raw minced tripe and raw mince so I still gave him this alternate days. The food was packaged well and was easy to open and put into his dish etc. He did seem to like it. The dried food was great but my dog didn't really take to the treat sticks.

Q3. In future, how likely are you to consider regularly feeding the full Pedigree® diet that your dog tested to your dog? If not the full diet, which particular products would you consider and why?
I would only consider the dry food as my dog does like his tripe and mince meat. The pouches are good if I forget to defrost his usual food or if I am in a rush.

Q4. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pedigree® to other dog owners? If so, why? If not, why not?
I would recommend they try it.

Q5. What were your overall impressions of the Pedigree® Tracks app?
Useful information but not something I would particularly use a lot. I know how much my dog eats and don't need advice on this.

Q6. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pedigree® Tracks to other dog owners? If so, why? If not, why not?
I am not keep on apps in general.

The products we have been testing are:
Pedigree Favourites (wet food)
Pedigree Real Meals (wet food)
Pedigree Vital Protection (dry food)
Pedigree Dentastix
Pedigree Tasty Bites Cheesy Nibbles and Crunchy Pockets (treats)

We have a 3 year old Sprocker Spaniel (medium sized dog)

Q1. Were you aware of Pedigree® dog food before taking part in this product test? If so, have you ever purchased it before?

Yes, I was aware of Pedigree before taking part in the trial. I buy the Dentastix regularly but, other than that, I have never purchase any other Pedigree product.

Q2. What are your overall impressions of the Pedigree® Complete Feeding diet your dog tested? We’d love your thoughts on the complete diet as well as the individual products.

Overall I am impressed with the diet. Tia seems to really enjoy the variety but, having only fed her on a dry food diet before, she goes mad for the wet food part. I prefer the "Real Meals" over the "Favourites" they look more appetising to me, but Tia loves them both equally!

The treats are small, which is perfect for giving a few at a time rather than one big one.

Q3. In future, how likely are you to consider regularly feeding the full Pedigree® diet that your dog tested to your dog? If not the full diet, which particular products would you consider and why?

I will continue to buy the Dentastix as before and I will start to buy the treat packets as I prefer these to what I was treating her with previously. I will consider buying the Pedigree main meal range, but only after a cost analysis. I will however start to give Tia a mixed wet/dry food diet from now on. She really loves it!

Q4. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pedigree® to other dog owners? If so, why? If not, why not?

I would recommend Pedigree. I think there is enough variety and the products are good quality. The Dentastix are brilliant. They are helping to keep Tia's teeth and gums healthy but she sees them as a treat, bonus!

Q5. What were your overall impressions of the Pedigree® Tracks app?

At first I found the Pedigree tracks app useful. Seeing if Tia was getting as much exercise as she should was was great. But once I knew my daily routine is working for your Tia, the app became redundant for me.

Q6. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pedigree® Tracks to other dog owners? If so, why? If not, why not?

I would recommend it I f you are unsure of how much food and exercise your dog should be getting, then the app is quite handy.

Yes I was aware. Have never purchased before.

Q2. What are your overall impressions of the Pedigree® Complete Feeding diet your dog tested? We’d love your thoughts on the complete diet as well as the individual products.

The wet food was not popular with my dog (Very fussy Bichon Frise) but she liked the dry food and the treats.

I liked the packaging and the leaflet explaining how to switch foods safely.

Q3. In future, how likely are you to consider regularly feeding the full Pedigree® diet that your dog tested to your dog? If not the full diet, which particular products would you consider and why?

Q2. What are your overall impressions of the Pedigree® Complete Feeding diet your dog tested? We’d love your thoughts on the complete diet as well as the individual products.

It really didn’t agree with my Dog, she had very bad wind, and diarrhea for several days when eating the food, even though I introduced it gradually like the instruction said.

Q3. In future, how likely are you to consider regularly feeding the full Pedigree® diet that your dog tested to your dog? If not the full diet, which particular products would you consider and why?

Q1. Were you aware of Pedigree® dog food before taking part in this product test? If so, have you ever purchased it before?

Yes, I was aware of Pedigree dog food and I have purchased it before.

Q2. What are your overall impressions of the Pedigree® Complete Feeding diet your dog tested? We’d love your thoughts on the complete diet as well as the individual products.

I am impressed with the Pedigree Complete Feeding diet so far - I was very pleased with the accompanying app too which tells me the recommended diet for my dog. I haven't used pouches before - but am very pleased with the portions and how easy they are to use.

Q3. In future, how likely are you to consider regularly feeding the full Pedigree® diet that your dog tested to your dog? If not the full diet, which particular products would you consider and why?

I certainly would consider feeding my dog the full Pedigree diet in future - it is well balanced and well planned and my dog has had no problems on it at all.

Q4. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pedigree® to other dog owners? If so, why? If not, why not?
Yes, I would recommend that they try all of the products. Nothing bad to say about them.

Q5. What were your overall impressions of the Pedigree® Tracks app?
This was the best for me and my dog - a perfect app to track her diet on, giving her a balanced diet for her breed, size and level of activity. Really easy to access having it on my phone to. I don't tend to add the activity as we are doing it but add it afterwards which works well.

Q6. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pedigree® Tracks to other dog owners? If so, why? If not, why not? Yes, I would recommend it as it is a good way of keeping track of your dogs eating and exercise habits. There are a lot of overweight dogs out there and so anything that helps their owners manage their diet and overall well-being has to be a good thing.

Aware, had purchased a few treats only.

Q2. What are your overall impressions of the Pedigree® Complete Feeding diet your dog tested? We’d love your thoughts on the complete diet as well as the individual products.
Poor - reading the meat and protien content compared to my current brand put me right off giving my dog this. She has a lovely temprement, coat and high enery level on a rice based high protien dry food diet, i will not change this for so many cereal and adidtives. I did give her some pouches as treat meals mixed with regular dry food and would continue to - but he stools were twice the size and wet the next day consistently.
She liked but didnt love the dentastix, left layign around a couple of days, but could have left the bagged treats which I found strange. I do think her teeth are better for the trial of dentastix.

I have always as long as I can remember had Pedigree Dog Food products in our household at some time or another and we have purchased Pedigree Treats for the doggy sweet jar.
My little Lhasa had a very sad start to her life and was not fed properly for her first 18mths of life so I was pleased when she took to the small dog complete diet and an ocassional individual packet of wet food, she has since increased her intake of this .
I do think I shall continue with the complete diet as she is taking it very well at the minute she is also fond of the dental sticks and has been hiding them for later in the day,she still thinks she is going to be forgotten about at meal times.
When speaking to my friends with regard to the products from Pedigree I would not hesitate to tell them to at least try them they may get a nice surprise,a tad more expensive but the diet is good and the flavours enticing.
The Pedigree Dog Tracks gave me the peace of mind Poppy was getting the correct amount of excercise something I had not thought about before just because she is little does not mean she doesn't need a good excercise plan.I am sure all my doggy friends would like to try it and have told 2/3 people about it already.
Thanks so much for the chance of trying the products its appreciated.

Q1. Were you aware of Pedigree® dog food before taking part in this product test? If so, have you ever purchased it before?

Yes I have been aware of the Pedigree brand since I was little. But other than occasional Dentastix, I have never purchased it for our dog.

Q2. What are your overall impressions of the Pedigree® Complete Feeding diet your dog tested? We’d love your thoughts on the complete diet as well as the individual products.

Our dog ate everything (Labrador) with her usual over enthusiasm. We have previously fed her a dry food diet and personally I prefer it as the smell of wet food pouches makes me dry heave. I also hate mixing or touching wet food in any way.
The dentastix were very similar to other brands - she wolfed them down just as quickly and I have no idea how they are supposed to clean her teeth.
The treats are useful on walks for me as DDog considers DH to be her master, she behaves for me if she might get a treat out of it!

Q3. In future, how likely are you to consider regularly feeding the full Pedigree® diet that your dog tested to your dog? If not the full diet, which particular products would you consider and why?

Would not consider the full diet but may get the dry food and treats in the future

Q4. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pedigree® to other dog owners? If so, why? If not, why not?

Not really as most are established dog owners with their own established feeding plans. Would only suggest a change if there was a problem with their dogs' digestion. But to be honest I'd then suggest a vet!

Q5. What were your overall impressions of the Pedigree® Tracks app?

Not all that useful, DH runs daily with our dog and I take her on walks most afternoons. We have always been careful to feed her the correct amount and keep treats limited.

Q6. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pedigree® Tracks to other dog owners? If so, why? If not, why not?

No - as either our friends treat their dogs similarly to ours or I would feel like I was patronising them or suggesting they are mistreating their dog.

Q1. Were you aware of Pedigree® dog food before taking part in this product test? If so, have you ever purchased it before?

Yes I was aware and had purchased before.

Q2. What are your overall impressions of the Pedigree® Complete Feeding diet your dog tested? We’d love your thoughts on the complete diet as well as the individual products.

My dog seems to really enjoy the food. It seems to taste good as age always finishes it.

The dentastix are brilliant and have cleaned up her mouth and teeth whilst providing a treat each day.

I would prefer it if the food had a higher meat content. I also found the packaging fiddly and perhaps a little wasteful. My dog required four pouches s day and I found them quite small and faffy.

Q3. In future, how likely are you to consider regularly feeding the full Pedigree® diet that your dog tested to your dog? If not the full diet, which particular products would you consider and why?

I'd probably not use all of the products. I prefer to feed her higher quantities of meat.

I will use dentastix again.

Q4. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pedigree® to other dog owners? If so, why? If not, why not?

I'd recommend the dentastix as they've worked well. As I've answered previously, I am a bit concerned by the amount of fillers as opposed to meat in the food so I'm not sure I'd recommend it as a complete diet, though my dog enjoyed the pouches so I'd maybe recommend incorporating those somehow.

Q5. What were your overall impressions of the Pedigree® Tracks app?

It was useful to calculate exactly how much to feed her. I'm guilty of just guessing and it was good to be sure she's not getting too much or too little.

Q6. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pedigree® Tracks to other dog owners? If so, why? If not, why not?

I'd recommend it as a way of ensuring dogs are fed the correct amount especially considering it takes account of treats when calculating.

Q1. Were you aware of Pedigree® dog food before taking part in this product test? If so, have you ever purchased it before?

Yes I am aware of it, but havent purchased it for years as originally found it a bit rich for my dogs and tended to give them diarrhoea

Q2. What are your overall impressions of the Pedigree® Complete Feeding diet your dog tested? We’d love your thoughts on the complete diet as well as the individual products.

My dog loves the dried food, and the treats are great for training or using as rewards for good behaviour whilst out walking.
I havent yet tried the pouches, I will report back on these later
However I have not been giving the dentastix regularly as they are quite high in calories and would make my dog fat if given everyday

Q3. In future, how likely are you to consider regularly feeding the full Pedigree® diet that your dog tested to your dog? If not the full diet, which particular products would you consider and why?
I think the complete dog food is good but as I have 3 dogs of different sizes I will stick to my usual brand as they then all have the same one. I dont agree with feeding dentasix regularly as I feel the risk of weight gain is greater than the dental benfits.

Q4. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pedigree® to other dog owners? If so, why? If not, why not?
Probably not the wet food as I have found that often these have not agreed with my dogs. This is why the dog I selected was the one least likely to be upset by a change in his food. However I have found the dried food much better than I expected, I haven't tried the wet food yet, this is what has upset my previous dogs so I will be interested to see if it affects my current dog.

Q5. What were your overall impressions of the Pedigree® Tracks app?
I havent yet used the app but I will try it out and leave further feedback on this

Q6. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pedigree® Tracks to other dog owners? If so, why? If not, why not?
see answer above

Thankyou for selecting me to take part, it's been really interesting to try a new food

Jack Russell Cross Poppy, 10kg

Q1. Were you aware of Pedigree® dog food before taking part in this product test? If so, have you ever purchased it before?
Yes and Poppy used to always have pedigree puppy when she was little as it suited her. We buy dentastix occasionally already.

Q2. What are your overall impressions of the Pedigree® Complete Feeding diet your dog tested? We’d love your thoughts on the complete diet as well as the individual products.
So far I'm unsure. I don't think the small vitality was suiting her - after a couple of weeks she became very aggressive towards our other three dogs. I'm worried about the colourings in it. I put her on to pouches only and these seem fine. Her coat is looking nice. But she doesn't like it as much as her usual food - she keeps trying to eat the other dogs' food instead. She's not at all fussy, though, so she's eating it fine. She loves dentastix and we will keep those going. The treats went down very well too.

Q3. In future, how likely are you to consider regularly feeding the full Pedigree® diet that your dog tested to your dog? If not the full diet, which particular products would you consider and why?
I don't think I'd consider the full diet as I'm not keen on giving dogs colourings for no reason. I also think her normal food is better quality. However, I'm keeping going with the pouches and am open to changing my mind as her coat is looking lovely and she does normally suffer with dry skin. We will get the treats and dentastix again.

Q4. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pedigree® to other dog owners? If so, why? If not, why not?
No probably not because the ingredients list is very vague and I like to know exactly what my dog is having. For instance, the vitality says colourings but I couldn't find anywhere what they were. I like food with an open and honest ingredients list and I don't feel I'm getting this.

Q5. What were your overall impressions of the Pedigree® Tracks app?
Yes, I really liked it. I liked that it could base recommendations on exact dog weight and it made me realise that the reason I struggle a bit with Poppy's weight is the snacks! It was really good to get her recommended calorie intake and a wake up call that she is a dog, not a human. However, I once forgot to stop it after a walk and it told me that 9 hours of solid exercise might be inadvisable Grin We'd actually had a 40 minute walk. It's a shame there was no way to edit this.

Q6. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pedigree® Tracks to other dog owners? If so, why? If not, why not?
Yes, I would. I think it needs a bit of tweaking/ adding to the features but generally I think it's good.

Q1. Were you aware of Pedigree® dog food before taking part in this product test? If so, have you ever purchased it before? I was aware but hadn't purchased for a long time since Buddy was a Puppy and he didn't really like it them but now is a different story.

Q2. What are your overall impressions of the Pedigree® Complete Feeding diet your dog tested? We’d love your thoughts on the complete diet as well as the individual products. Very impressed at first I thought Buddy wouldn't take 'to it, as it was a change in biscuits and he never really got given wet food as I thought it would make him smelly, but this hasn't been the case.

Q3. In future, how likely are you to consider regularly feeding the full Pedigree® diet that your dog tested to your dog? If not the full diet, which particular products would you consider and why? I would happily consider to carry on with the full diet as Buddy seems to now eat all his food in one go instead of munching throughout.

Q4. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pedigree® to other dog owners? If so, why? If not, why not?
Yes I would totally recommend this to others, since changing buddy onto this I have started to actually see an improvement in his coat and behaviour.

Q5. What were your overall impressions of the Pedigree® Tracks app?
I really liked it, has come in very handy

Q6. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Pedigree® Tracks to other dog owners? If so, why? If not, why not?
Yes I would recommend to any one as it is very interesting, I was actually over feeding my dog.
