Q1. What was your overall impression of the Milton Mini? - Compact and nice colours. My DS was fascinated by it hanging on the pram!

Q2. Did you find the Milton Mini easy to use, or not? If so, why? If not, why not? - Yes, once I had read the instructions it was very easy.

Q3. Did you get the impression that the Milton Mini effectively sterilised your child’s soother/dummy? If so, why? If not, why not? - Yes, it had the 'steralised' smell.

Q4. The Milton Mini retails at £6.99, do you think this is good value for money, or not? If so, why? If not, why not? - I think it is a very reasonable one off cost. The replacement tablets are also reasonably priced.

Q5. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Milton Mini to friends and/or family? If so, why? If not, why not? - I already have done. One of my friends has two under two, and was walking around with a bag full of soothers! She has since gone and purchased two!

Q6. Have you heard of Milton before and were you aware that Milton did this product? - I have heard of Milton, and my DM uses the Milton tablets for DS bottles when I visit her. Can't say I had heard of the mini products, but I bought a microwavable steriliser for my bottles so hadnt looked too closely at other sterilising products.

Q1. What was your overall impression of the Miton Mini?

I like the design of it and the size.

Q2. Did you find the Milton Mini easy to use? If so, why? If not, why not?

Yes, it's very simple to set up initially then easy to keep using it daily

Q3. Did you get the impression the Milton Mini effectively sterilised your child's soother/dummy? If so, why? If not, why not?

Yes, it smells slightly of the sterilising fluid so it seems to do the job

Q4. The Milton Mini retails at £6.99, do you think this is good value for money, or not? If so, why? If not, why not?

I think it's quite reasonably priced

Q5. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Milton Mini to friends and/or family? If so, why? If not, why not?

I would, I like it a lot and wish it had been around when my older kids were babies.

Q6. Have you heard of Milton before and were you aware that Milton did this product?

I used to use Milton to sterilise all my babies bottles. I was aware of this product, I have seen an advert for it.

Q1. What was your overall impression of the Milton Mini?
It's robust, easy to clean and the hanging loop is very handy.

Q2. Did you find the Milton Mini easy to use, or not? If so, why? If not, why not?
At first use it seemed complicated however as I used it more regularly it was simple to use.

Q3. Did you get the impression that the Milton Mini effectively sterilised your child’s soother/dummy? If so, why? If not, why not?
It does seem effective as a steriliser as you can smell the sterilising solution. I don't really like the smell as I'm not used to it as I use a steam steriliser for bottles etc.

Q4. The Milton Mini retails at £6.99, do you think this is good value for money, or not? If so, why? If not, why not?
I think that £6.99 is a good price as you are only going to need one of them and you also receive a pack of the mini sterilising tablets in the pack so it is ready for immediate use.

Q5. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Milton Mini to friends and/or family? If so, why? If not, why not?
Yes, I would recommend this product.

Q6. Have you heard of Milton before and were you aware that Milton did this product?
I have heard of Milton as it is a well known brand but I was not aware of this product.

Q1. What was your overall impression of the Milton Mini? It looked good, although I found setting it up a total faff. The instructions weren't that clear, and it was fiddly.
Q2. Did you find the Milton Mini easy to use, or not? If so, why? If not, why not? I got fed up with it after the first day and threw it away. Once I had set it up, I found I forgot it when I went out. It was one more thing to remember to do.
Q3. Did you get the impression that the Milton Mini effectively sterilised your child’s soother/dummy? If so, why? If not, why not? Yes, I trust Milton to sterilise it, but it smelt terrible. I'm not sure I would want the dummy in my mouth after sterilising it due to smell and taste.
Q4. The Milton Mini retails at £6.99, do you think this is good value for money, or not? If so, why? If not, why not? No, I think it needs to be below £5 for what it is.
Q5. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Milton Mini to friends and/or family? If so, why? If not, why not? No, its a faff and one more thing to do and forget to take out. I am not sure that dummies need to be sterilised... nothing wrong with mum sucking it clear to sterilise it!
Q6. Have you heard of Milton before and were you aware that Milton did this product? Yes, I have used Milton to sterilise bottles. No I wasn't aware of the product before the mumsnet trial, maybe because I didn't think not being able to sterilise a dummy when out was a problem.

Q1. What was your overall impression of the Milton Mini?
Disappointing

Q2. Did you find the Milton Mini easy to use, or not? If so, why? If not, why not?
Didn't use it in the end. Call me naive but didn't realise it would take 15 minutes to sterilise ( though i do have cold water steriliser at home) so would need to take spare dummy out with us anyway or give my dd so rendering the steriliser useless

Q3. Did you get the impression that the Milton Mini effectively sterilised your child’s soother/dummy? If so, why? If not, why not?
I'm sure it would sterilise the dummy as I have Milton cold water tub steriliser
Q4. The Milton Mini retails at £6.99, do you think this is good value for money, or not? If so, why? If not, why not?
No very expensive & you also have to buy the tablets. A anti bac wipe & water is cheaper
Q5. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Milton Mini to friends and/or family? If so, why? If not, why not?
No as it takes 15 minutes to sterilise so if a baby is that dependent on a dummy you would need to take a spare anyway. Plus expensive.
Q6. Have you heard of Milton before and were you aware that Milton did this product?
Yes I have got the cold water steriliser

Q1. What was your overall impression of the Milton Mini?
It looks nice, but not particularly easy to use
Q2. Did you find the Milton Mini easy to use, or not? If so, why? If not, why not?
The tablet takes ages to dissolve, and I only remember to start the process just as i'm leaving the house, and DS2 is screaming in his car seat
Q3. Did you get the impression that the Milton Mini effectively sterilised your child’s soother/dummy? If so, why? If not, why not?
I use cherry teat dummies, which didn't make full contact with the sponges, so probably didn't get fully sterilised
Q4. The Milton Mini retails at £6.99, do you think this is good value for money, or not? If so, why? If not, why not?
Seems reasonable value
Q5. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Milton Mini to friends and/or family? If so, why? If not, why not?
I'd probably mention that it exists, but tbh, I'm now just using the plastic case without the sponges in as a dummy case
Q6. Have you heard of Milton before and were you aware that Milton did this product?
I had heard of milton, but wasn't aware of this product

Q1. What was your overall impression of the Milton Mini?
The MM is lovely to look at and very modern and stylish to add to your baby bag. I was asked a lot what it is.
Q2. Did you find the Milton Mini easy to use, or not? If so, why? If not, why not?
It is easy to use but a shame it needs doing daily as often I left the house before I remembered and then it was useless for the day. The tablets were very fiddly to get out the packet.

Q3. Did you get the impression that the Milton Mini effectively sterilised your child’s soother/dummy? If so, why? If not, why not?
I found the smell extremely strong and actually tasted the dummy to see if it was ok. It didn't seem to bother my little one but her brothers were shocked at the smell of swimming baths.

Q4. The Milton Mini retails at £6.99, do you think this is good value for money, or not? If so, why? If not, why not?
I think it is reasonable as a dummy holder would.cost similar.so even if it was used with out sponges or tablets it would look good and store pre sterilized dummies well.

Q5. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Milton Mini to friends and/or family? If so, why? If not, why not?
I think it is something I would use once if I am honest and then discard or lea Vic e attached to my bad for decoration. However I am a third time mum and tend to use the old clean it in my mouth way. As a first time, nervous mum I would find this would put my mind at ease at least in the very early days. So I would recommend to some.mums.

Q6. Have you heard of Milton before and were you aware that Milton did this product?
I had seen it in shops but not looked closely. I was intrigued so was delighted to give it a go. I always associate Milton with being completely baby safe and I use their spray on every thing so reputation goes along way.
