PruHealth say "our members can get cashback with Vitality on everyday essentials like health and beauty products, toiletries, fragrances and more whether they shop online or in-store with a LloydsPharmacy Vitality card."

Our participants received £25 worth of vouchers to spend at LloydsPharmacy to test drive the up-to-50% cashback benefit.

Week 7 is also all about the rewards available to PruHealth with Vitality members - this time our testers are able to choose their reward from a few of the key Vitality partners who are working with PruHealth: Merlin attractions, National Trust parks or travel with Eurostar, Mark Warner or Mr & Mrs Smith getaways.

PruHealth say "We offer rewards to help motivate our members to improve their health and to recognise the hard work they're putting in. We're pleased to team up with a variety of travel, health and entertainment companies to offer members a great range of discounts and special offers."

Non participants - for a chance to win a £50 pre-loaded Nectar card please share on this thread what would motivate you to make small steps to improve your health and general well-being? Add your comment and you'll be entered into a prize draw where one MNer will win a £50 Nectar card. Prize draw Monday 10 March 9am NOW CLOSED.

Participants: please share on this thread what reward you picked and why. When do you think you'll use it? Do you think this reward would help motivate you to earn more Vitality points (and therefore access to even bigger discounts and rewards)? What other partners would you like to see on the Vitality list?

thanks

What a perfect day! I didn't leave until 5.50pm - I could have happily stayed for the weekend. It was lovely to catch up with the "Vitality Ten" (we so need our own quiche once this is all finished Smile ).

Such a perfect day. Fabulous to see everyone and catch up.

Have a chilled weekend - I still feel as if I'm floating on air after the massage - and yes, would be good to have our own quiche (now I know what it is in the Mumsnet vernacular!Wink).

Sorry didn't get to say goodbye to you all. Decided to leave early in case of traffic, but it still took me 5 hours to get home! Nearly undid all the benefits of that glorious massage. Champneys was lovely tho, Can i live there please?

Would be good to stay in touch and keep motivated. I lost half a stone during the last 2 months, so am going to try to keep at it.

I suggest that we have an annual reunion at CHampneys. Or quarterly. OR maybe once a month.

Can you fix that AnnMumsnet?

What a hideous trip home for you Stripytop....well done for losing 1/2 a stone! Good on you!

Nice try, Kew! Yes an annual one would be good!

What's happened to the final feedback???? Alas poor gym membership I knew it well.....missing it already!

I can sympathize Stripey - felt like I was parked on the M1 for a lot of the journey home - but it doesn't sound as epic a journey as yours!

My shoulder & back still feel amazing after my massage, so a very big thank you to the lovely Pauline at Champneys. It feels almost normal - I wholeheartedly agree with Kew that we should have regular revisits!

I am still eaking(sp?) out my gym membership though I have now caught ds's cold so not really in the mood to exerciseSad. On the plus side I will be able to take dd for her birthday swim as promised.

I am missing my updates & hearing what you all have to say. It's been an amazing 8 weeks

Hello all - sorry I too had to rush off without saying goodbye as I had to do the school run. Only just made it in time! Thank you to Mumsnet and Pruvitality for an amazing massage and a lovely lunch. These two months have been great and a real eye-opening experience.

I am still taking advantage of my few extra days in the gym and pool and have been twice this week. I will really miss going Sad

It was lovely to meet you all again and would be up for another get together!
