We're looking for 100 Mumsnetters to try Whole Earth peanut butter with their DCs.

Here's what Whole Earth has to say, "Mums buy Whole Earth peanut butter because they know it's naturally delicious. Made with 97% peanuts, no added sugar and loaded with energy Mums know that choosing Whole Earth peanut butter is a great way to fuel their families throughout the day. It is also a perfect ingredient for baking crunchy peanut butter cookies - a delicious after school treat."

Selected testers will be sent one jar of Whole Earth Crunchy Original peanut butter for their family to try. We'd also like testers to create some tasty peanut butter recipes, such as peanut butter cookies, satay sauce or your own recipe and upload photos of these creations to the feedback thread.

This product test is open to all UK Mumsnetters who have at least one child living at home.

Everyone who takes part in the product test and adds their feedback will be entered into a prize draw to win a £150 voucher for a supermarket of their choosing.

If you'd like to take part then please sign up here.

Thanks,
MNHQ

We get big jars of separated peanut butter. It is a nuisance, stirring inevitably ends up with oil everywhere. The top of the jar is still a bit too runny and the bottom is too stiff. I really like the consistent texture of Whole Earth.

When will my jar arrive? I've nearly finished the Aldi stuff and want to make a "taste test" comparison and I CBA to buy a new jar when there's one coming

I have my jar it is lovely and I think it Is salty enough, it has big crunchy bits. it spread nicely it wasn't separated and there was no later of oil on the top. I would say it is the nicest peanut butter I have ever tasted so I am very happy with it and would buy it again

We received a jar, thanks.
It was less homogenised than other brands I have tried, and decidedly less sweet.

We made peanut butter cookies. DD didn't like the nuts, which probably reflects the crunchiness of the spread, which the rest of us liked. Otherwise they were a big hit.

Not sure how to upload a photo onto here, MN, but I have one on my camera if wanted. It would be fair to say i am a better cook than photographer, and presentation is not my forte. I would have made spciy vegetable and peanut soup, but I thought the photo would be a jooke.

Would I buy it again - I would be inclined to do so for cooking. That's not to say I didn't like it, but I like the unsweetened aspect of it for cooking and would therefore buy it even if not on offer. Otherwise, I would probably be motivated by whatever is on offer.

I suspect my children will now prefer the sweeter brands for sandwiches and toast (almost all the jar went in the biscuits). I think there is a market here for parents of weaning (over 1y.o.) toddlers. If someone had pointed out to me at that point this was the unsweetened peanut butter I would have started with it.

Thanks again for the peanut butter.
