We've been asked by the team at Schwartz to find 250 Mumsnetters to try their new range of 2in1 recipe mixes. Here's what they say: "The new 2in1 range offers two easy to use recipe mix sachets in one handy pack: one sachet flavours the main dish whilst the other contains a seasoning for a complementary side dish or topping. With five different varieties to choose from, and an easy recipe on the back of each pack, this is a great way to try out new dishes or transform an existing family favourite from ordinary to special."

This product test is open to all UK Mumsnetters with at least one child living at home. Please note all the recipes feature chicken so with regret are not suitable for vegetarians or vegans - sorry!

If you are selected to take part, you'll be sent all of the five 2in1 sachets and asked to include these in your regular family meals (please note you will have to buy the other ingredients yourself):

RRP £1.29 per sachet.

We want you to try the sachets over the course of 3 weeks and add feedback to the thread each time you use one of the recipe mixes (so please only apply if you'll be able to try at least three of the recipes!). Testers will also be required to upload pictures of their creations to the feedback thread.

Everyone who is selected and who adds at least three sets of feedback to the thread will be entered into a prize draw where one winner will receive a £500 John Lewis voucher!

So if you'd like to take part, please sign up here.

Thanks and good luck,

I am feeling so lacklustre at the moment, these look like they could be quick and easy and produce interesting results? We shall see...

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 12/06/2013 15:01

Porto- could send you some once they're in the shops.

Will give it a go. DS and his bessie are keen on cooking at present and these look simple enough to follow with adult supervision. They'd enjoy being "critics" too.

pettyprudence · 13/06/2013 17:40

I actually looked for these in the supermarket today because I can't stop thinking about the garlic roast chicken. Couldn't find them - are they not out yet?

NoHank · 16/06/2013 11:21

Have also signed up. I'm always trying to think of meals that everyone will like so would like to give these a try. Fingers crossed

Blatherskite · 17/06/2013 10:36

lunar1 · 17/06/2013 10:51

Have the testers been chosen yet? Just saw the feedback thread.

Theimpossiblegirl · 17/06/2013 12:44

Yay! I got chosen. Thank you. I will test them all and do pics. I love posting pics of food online (even if my children give me funny looks when we eat out). I'm hoping to involve them in the cooking too.
:)

Sparklingbrook · 17/06/2013 13:04

me too Smile I will give it my best shot and try and make the result photogenic. Grin

Bluemonkeyspots · 17/06/2013 13:11

Yay, I got chosen! Can anyone tell me if its possible to upload pictures of my masterpieces from my iPhone or do I need to do it the old fashioned way?

Blatherskite · 17/06/2013 13:22

Hoorah! Better get some chicken in :)

Pascha · 17/06/2013 13:25

I got it too. I can't upload pics from my iphone to mumsnet so it will be the old fashioned way here too.

fuzzpig · 17/06/2013 13:28

Oh yay I got picked too! Can't wait to try them! :)

AnneEyhtMeyer · 17/06/2013 13:39

Oh brilliant! I've always got loads of chicken in as it is just about the only thing DD will eat.

Can't wait for them to arrive - I really really want garlic roast chicken!
