We've been asked by the folks at Method to find 1,000 Mumsnetters to try out their Laundry Liquid 25 Wash Pump.

Method says: "This innovative liquid is changing the way people do laundry, with a sleek little bottle and a patent-pending, plant-based, hypoallergenic formula we call smartclean technology®. it delivers big cleaning power with just a few squirts, with a 35% smaller carbon footprint than conventional liquid and a lightweight pump bottle that's designed for easy, one-handed use. It's a lean, mean, stain-fighting machine!"

Please see here for more info.

Selected testers will be sent the product to try at home and will then need to add their feedback to a thread on MN (you will be emailed a link to this).

We're looking for a range of testers for this - it's open to all UK MNers with at least one child.

All testers who add feedback will be entered into a prize draw where one winner will get a £250 Love2Shop voucher as a thank you.

If you're interested and around over the next 2-3 weeks to take part please add your details here.

Thanks and good luck

Mine hasn't arrived yet. Sad

Haberdashery · 29/11/2012 16:28

Oh, it's quite funny. In conjunction with the pumping and spurting, it's making me think of those signs in swimming pools banning people from 'heavy petting'.

HazeltheMcWitch · 29/11/2012 17:17

Je suis desolée Sad. Péter really means to pump in MY sense of the word, ie to fart. But I love the word; when I was learning french at school, our french master's first name was Peter. And he was quite flatulent...

I still don't have my Method, so I don't really know what word they'd use, but boringly, to pump would usually translate as pomper. But a pump (eg of a bottle, as in 'use 1 pump') would be normally be un jet, je croire.

DazR · 29/11/2012 17:23

Mine hasn't arrived either :(

Sparklingbrook · 29/11/2012 18:27

Does it just arrive by Royal Mail?

Witchesbrewandbiscuits · 29/11/2012 18:49

Yeah by Royal Mail. I'm quite impressed with it already. Smells like washing liquid in the bottle but lovely and fresh on your clothes once washed. Hopefully it will soon land for those of you still waiting Smile

Sparklingbrook · 29/11/2012 18:51

Do you need Fabric Conditioner? I usually use Bold so don't have any.

Ruprekt · 29/11/2012 18:53

Nothing here yet either.

IAmSheWhoMustBeObeyed · 30/11/2012 07:40

So do you use fabric conditioner too? It would mask the Method smell wouldn't it?

IAmSheWhoMustBeObeyed · 30/11/2012 07:41

Hoping for mine today too

Shinyshoes1 · 30/11/2012 07:50

I would like to know the answer re fabric cond too

Do we use it as well ?

Leafmould · 30/11/2012 11:00

I confess I did not read the ingredients on the website. I just believed hypoallergenic. It has enzymes in it, and brighteners. I am giving it a go, but in my experience, anything with enzymes in it will irritate my dd.
