We've been asked by the folks at Method to find 1,000 Mumsnetters to try out their Laundry Liquid 25 Wash Pump.

I've got foamy 'S' shapes not maize.

I think you're all getting over excited about a spotty box though. Unless mine is different? It's just a brown cardboard box with a bit of spotty paper taped to it

I so have French method though. Better go find some linge à laver

They are maize S shapes.

(I say maize because they are exactly the same stuff as the Magic Maize from ELC)

It worked on my husbands smelly deodorant shirts on a 30 quick wash, so i'm impressed with that. It does smell nice too.

3 pumps (a really small amount ) because I use a water softener.

Usage instructions:
"IT'S EASY

first use: twist pump to open. pump until you get a steady stream

to wash: squirt liquid into drawer or directly into the drum

2 pumps= small load

4 pumps= medium load

6 pumps= large or very dirty load

if you have very hard water add an extra pump

to pre-treat: squirt a pea-sized amount on stain. allow to stand, then wash as usual. postie came with mine but was not in so i will get on sat i hope :)

Only carefully nurtured washing liquid is good enough for Mumsnetters!

The polystyrene things taste like wotsits (ie of nothing)

Nice with a tomato-ey sauce.

Would they work instead of dumplings in a stew?

I did all the wool jumpers today so the MEthod stuff is waiting until a normal wash tomorrow.

Mine will be christened on the football kits tomorrow.

Is there a feedback thread yet? Just done a load, for the second time didn't smell clean after the first wash. Not impressed so far!

I have just washed the white cushion covers and throws that a muddy spaniel has been jumping on. Looks to have done a good enough job (4 squirts)

But I don't like the scent :(

Got mine today, currently in with a load as I type. Used 5 squirts as I thought 4 wasn't enough....big washing machine.

DS loved the box, running round using it as a space helmet earlier.
