Q1. How easy, or difficult, did you find it to understand Incahoot PLUS from the information provided on the Incahoot website? Was there anything in particular that was difficult to understand?
Pretty easy - once I got in. It kept rejection my password for some reason and on the fifth time it accepted it.
Q2. What, if any, other information would you have found useful to have on the site?
Like others have said earlier, a preview of what would be available before becoming an incahoot plus member.
Q3. How easy, or difficult, did you find it to navigate and use the Incahoot PLUS website? Did you find any specific areas particularly difficult? If so, why?
I think it's a bit rubbish to be perfectly honest. I didn't find it difficult particularly, just not well laid out, rather cluttered in places and SO slow. I have a super fast broadband connection and this was almost like using dial up in times. If I wasn't testing I'd have given up.
Q4. What did you like about the Incahoot PLUS website? What did you dislike? What would you like to see improved?
Not a great deal really. As I have said before - it's ridiculously slow most of the time, it kept refusing my log in and the search function is really not good at all. It timed me out three times in one 'session' despite my using it constantly to look through the site. If I had paid the annual fee I would have been asking for my money back.
5. Have you used any discounts/offers through Incahoot PLUS so far? If yes, which ones? If no, are there any you are likely to use soon?
Not yet, no. At the moment I think it unlikely that I will be using the discounts - the ones for places that I shop regularly in/use are not good discounts in my opinion - more often than not I'd find a better discount in store/in conjunction with reward cards that I hold already.
6. From your first impressions of the service so far, how likely, or not, are you to recommend the service to a friend/relative? Why?
Not very I'm afraid. The speed/sign in/search/timed out issues need to be addressed before I would be happy to recommend it. I do also think that one should be able to see what is in store before spending £30 on annual membership. I don't want to be buying blind, and I doubt very much that any of my friends and family would either.
However, I will continue to look through the site, perhaps once a fortnight or so, in case there is any improvement...
