Q1. Which offers and/or discounts did you use through Incahoot PLUS? If you used the reloadable cards, how useful or not did you find them to help with budgeting?
None, nothing seemed worthwhile.
Q2. Overall, do you think you saved any money using Incahoot PLUS, or not? If so, how much approximately do you think you saved?
No.
Q3. Which, if any, offers and/or discounts did you find most useful?
None.
Q4. Incahoot PLUS costs £29.99 per year, do you think this represents good value for money or not?
No, I would say it's poor value for us. All of the offers we could use can be had through DH's employee voucher scheme at no charge (I understand such schemes are fairly common in public and private sector employment), or on Quidco.
Q5. Do you think you will continue to use the discounts and/or offers on Incahoot PLUS after this trial? If so, why? If not, why not?
No, I won't bother. There is nothing to interest me.
Q6. If it came up in conversation, would you recommend Incahoot PLUS to a friend or relative? If so why, if not why not?
Absolutely not. It's money for nothing for us, and I'm not sure if it would be good value for anyone I know.
Now just a couple of question about Incahoot in general (i.e not Incahoot PLUS but the free offerings):
Q7. Did you visit Incahoot's main website? If so, what did you think? Did you find it easy to understand and navigate or not? What specifically did you like about the website and what didn't you like? Why?
I did, and I have looked at it in the past. It seems no better or worse than any other comparison/money-saving site. It serves a purpose, but looking at those sites is always a chore, never a pleasure.
Q8. Incahoot offers exclusive deals on areas such as energy, insurance, mobile phones, broadband etc did you look at any of these offers? If so, what did you think? Would you be likely to use any of these offers in the future? Why/why not? Would you like anymore information to be provided on these offers?
Unlikely to use any of these things. My first port of call is always Quidco, which I find really easy to navigate and use, and Incahoot hasn't tempted me away.
