We are working with M&S over the next couple of months or so, to find out what you think about three of M&S's key ranges:

~ shapewear
~ kidswear
~ Simply Fuller Longer (this is only available in store - see store locator for your nearest store)

M&S have asked us to recruit a panel of MNers to take part in product tests and give their feedback. Panellists will be given M&S vouchers to spend on shapewear or Simply Fuller Longer, and asked to take part in a discussion about kidswear, which all MNers will be able to take part in. There will be a prize draw for every project.

This is open to all UK MNers who have at least one child. It doesn't matter if you currently buy M&S products or not, they are looking for both buyers and non-buyers. If you sign up and indicate that you'd like to take part in the Simply Fuller Longer product test, then please note that you will need to be within easy reach of an M&S store as the vouchers for this can't be redeemed online.

If you haven't yet visited the M&S pages on Mumsnet, please do check them out here.

If you're interested in taking part please add your details here.

Thanks and good luck

Done.

However, why do they ask for a phone number when they have your email and postal address already? It's not made clear if this is optional and requiring one is poor practice discriminating against deaf people and others who have difficulty with phones. At least the site accepted me entering .'none' but it would be great if MN could confirm my entry has been accepted and commit to making phone contact explicitly optional (ideally asking for a secondary contact method and allowing options like text only or Textrelay prefixes).

Many thanks.

Had an underwired bra that disintegrated after 6 months of ownership last week. Tempted to think the same as Paxman that their undergarments aren't what they used to be.

I am soo frustrated with M & S and their unwillingness to engage me in conversation over a dispute we are having. In their last online sale I placed an order within 2 hours of it going live - so far, so good. I asked them to deliver my goods to the M&S store closest to me for collection 2 weeks later - uh oh. They advised me that they do not allocate goods at the time of order, only at the time of despatch which is clearly a disadvantage for people who want to collect at a later date (I actually live abroad so this was the earliest date I could collect). When I try to contact them about this they send me "template" style emails which do not answer my point which is,essentially, that if I am willing to pay for my goods at the time of order (and have authorised payment with my credit card), why will they not allocate them on a first come, first served basis. I have not tried to buy anything in their current sale for this reason - it's not much of a sale if they don't allocate their goods fairly.......
M&S - I hope you're reading this!
