We are working with M&S over the next couple of months or so, to find out what you think about three of M&S's key ranges:

~ shapewear
~ kidswear
~ Simply Fuller Longer (this is only available in store - see store locator for your nearest store)

M&S have asked us to recruit a panel of MNers to take part in product tests and give their feedback. Panellists will be given M&S vouchers to spend on shapewear or Simply Fuller Longer, and asked to take part in a discussion about kidswear, which all MNers will be able to take part in. There will be a prize draw for every project.

This is open to all UK MNers who have at least one child. It doesn't matter if you currently buy M&S products or not, they are looking for both buyers and non-buyers. If you sign up and indicate that you'd like to take part in the Simply Fuller Longer product test, then please note that you will need to be within easy reach of an M&S store as the vouchers for this can't be redeemed online.

If you haven't yet visited the M&S pages on Mumsnet, please do check them out here.

If you're interested in taking part please add your details here.

Thanks and good luck

Just completed the survey but it disappeared on my phone - did it come through? Fingers crossed I get to try some tummy sucking in type garment. Grin

SleepyFergus · 03/05/2012 21:12

I think I've entered, can you check? Unfortunately I pressed submit (on phone) too soon so my begging statement at the end, ends rather abruptly mid sentence! Apols for that!!

By the way, just wanted to add that if they are ever looking for feedback on their maternity wear, then I have LOADS (am currently 33 weeks preg). Not complimentary either, I think they are missing a big trick here.

jackandbethsmum · 03/05/2012 22:21

done!

2munchkins · 03/05/2012 22:32

Done but no acknowledgement - has anyone received one or is it normal just to be forwarded to the product test page if application received!

Solo · 03/05/2012 23:46

BiscuitNibbler I totally agree with you! and to top it all, I have had to return Dd's vests as they shrunk by 2" Shock. I'm not impressed tbh. I bought them on Mn recommendation as I have an extremely tall 5yo. I kept one vest back to keep it nice and white for under white clothes, forgot about it and then was about to give them away when I discovered the unused one was 2" longer than the others! I'd already given away the 6-7years size (and she was only 4 when I bought and gave those away), so got 2 packs of 7-8years...she's skinny, but tall, so I'm not sure where to go from here. She has no vests at all :(

Nellvarnish and sleepyfergus - we've got both of your applications thanks. Sleepyfergus - if you want to PM me the rest of your 'begging statement' I can add it to your application?

2munchkins - yes, that's right - when you finish the survey it takes you to the product testing page

CharlotteBronteSaurus · 04/05/2012 12:09

done.
I get quite a lots of basics, especially workwear in M&S, as find the cuts tend to work on my bodyshape. i don't get underwear there any more though, as the bras seem to have gone downhill in recent years.

Can I also please beg M&S to do something about the photography and styling on the website? Everything looks hideous there, yet when you're in the shops there's usually a few things worth trying. I would prefer to be able to browse online before going to the stores like I do with other chains, but with M&S there's no point.

TheOtherHelenMumsnet · 04/05/2012 12:24

It's ok iseenodust - we've changed it so you go to the M&S pages on MN now - we've got your application don't worry!

Not done! Boycotting M&S as they stopped giving going-out-of-date food to the Sally Army, locally, and decided to sell it instead. Booooooo.

karen3w · 04/05/2012 13:15

I added my details using the link above yesterday but did not get forwarded to the products page and now am unable to access that page. Did you receive my details? Thanks.
