We've been asked by Ecover to find 75 MNers to put the Ecover range to the MN test!

If you don't know the name Ecover then check out their website here. Ecover say "we have over 30 products for the home, laundry and dishes. Many of the products are dermatologically tested and approved, which is good news for those that have allergies or sensitive skin. Many products are GHI approved and all of the bottles are made out of Plant-astic, a renewable and sustainable plastic made from Sugar Cane".

We're looking for folks to try one of three sets of Ecover products in their home and to then add feedback on Mumsnet. We want a range of testers but we are ideally looking for MNers who are...

~ are in the UK
~ interested in sustainability, future generations and family values
~ keen to try Ecover for the first time, or to try it again after using it in the past or to try a product they have not used before

Ecover say "We're really pleased to be working with Mumsnet and are looking forward to your feedback. We've improved the effectiveness of our products over the years and would love to hear what you think about them"

There are three different packs of product available to choose from and they span the entire Ecover range - Kitchen / Bathroom / Laundry. We are looking for 25 testers for each pack. You can choose your first choice pack in the recruitment form. Each tester selected for each pack will get one of each of the following:

Kitchen
All Purpose Cleaner
Pomegranate Washing Up Liquid
Multi Action Spray

Bathroom
Bathroom Cleaner
Limescale Remover
Cream Cleaner

Laundry
Stain Remover
Concentrated Laundry Liquid Non Bio
Amongst the Flowers Fabric Conditioner

All testers will also get the following samples just for your own use: Lemon & Aloe Vera Washing Up Liquid, Non Bio Washing Powder and Under the Sun Fabric Conditioner.

If you are selected to take part you will be asked to try the products and then to add feedback on a thread on Mumsnet. Everyone who does so will be entered into a prize draw where one tester will get £250 of John Lewis vouchers.

If you'd like to take part please add your details here

NB: Testers will be selected on Monday and packs will be sent out Tuesday or Wednesday next week and will need to be signed for. If you'd rather put a work address on the form please do so.

Please note quotes from the feedback may be used on the Ecover pages on Mumsnet, coming soon. We will be in touch with selected testers.

Any questions please ask
Thanks and good luck, MNHQ

I've been a proper charlady today and the bathroom is nice and shiny! Really pleased that I also got a cream cleaner that can be used for the hob as well!

My stuff arrived on Friday. I am such a slattern that I haven't even tried it.
Will post on the feedback threads though.

Have done some squirting in the kitchen and used my washing powder sample today as well :) Will see how it does on some white polo shirts that are drying in the sunshine.

Got my laundry pack today, I usually just buy powder so can anyone tell me to stick the liquid, just in the drawer or straight into the drum???

miaowmix · 24/01/2012 12:33

My laundry smeels lovely and looks clean, but the stain remover didn't work at all. Shame as I'm liking the other products so far...

miaowmix · 24/01/2012 12:33

it smells lovely, obv

I've started using my stuff but not been at work yet to try the stain remover. One day back at work I'll be covered in paint or snack haha. But the stuff is smelling nice and washing ok.
