We'll still be sweeping up the biscuit crumbs left from the Jennifer Saunders webchat as we prepare for the return of Gok Wan to Mumsnet Towers on Friday 11 October at 1.45pm. Since his last visit in Summer 2010, Gok has produced 2 cookery books and his latest, Gok's Wok is published this week.

Gok shares many of his family's traditional recipes but gives them a modern twist as he teaches us how to cook, simple, fast meals with flavour and a splash of Gok originality. Chapters cover all occasions from lunches to dinner parties and include curries, stir-fries, noodles, salads, soups and desserts.

Oh I love gok!! You are amazing! Welcome to mumsnet! My question is are there any meals in your book that go down particularly well with fussy eaters (i.e children)? My daughter is a very fussy eater (she's autistic) and trying to get her to eat anything new is a challenge but I try!

I really like your shows, but like others, I have a little issue with the fact that you are so encouraging to women to be themselves, and to love their bodies... but almost every woman is then stuffed into spanx.

Do you not think that this is a bit of a contradiction? Have you ever worn spanx? They are bloody uncomfortable to wear, and give me tummy ache. No way can I enjoy a relaxing meal with friends when I feel more trussed up than the Xmas turkey.

I don't allow my young daughter to watch your shows anymore as I feel that this is the wrong message to send to girls.

Why do you wear your trousers so low that the belt is around your hips and the crotch is dangling somewhere round your knees? When you dress women you often position the belt just under the bust to elongate the figure and make their legs look longer, but you dress the opposite way yourself . Do you secretly want shorter legs?

What do you think about the way that celebs (like Miley Cyrus) are dressing and presenting themselves in the public eye, and how do you think this affects average woman e.g. whether it encourages freedom and expression or puts pressure on them to be thin/sexualised?

Sometimes your fashion advice for women is to put on a pair of heeled boots, a tight waist belt and hoik up your boobs… which is pretty uncomfortable for day to day stuff! For some of us the hoiking/rearranging of body parts can be humiliating. Would men do this?

I am about to start a group for Mums who are finding Motherhood quite tough and emotional using chat, coffee and a bit of craft to help share experiences and hopefully rebuild self esteem and confidence.

I echo what LeStewPot and MmeLindow have said already wrt making women into trussed-up birds, tottering about in unfeasibly high heels and belts that are probably going to cause some kind of flare-up in GTI health problems...

Aside from that, what did you make of the claims made by one of your former models that you made lewd and sexist remarks to her and other models working on your show? It doesn't really bind with this "woman's best mate" image that you cultivate, in my opinion.

I have never seen your programme/s so can't comment on them, and indeed am unsure what you actually do, but I assume it's something to do with clothes because you are in TU at Sainos. The clothes you do for them (do you really do them, or a minion?) are hideous, noticeably hideous, much more so than the ordinary TU range. It has puzzled me for a long time and I wondered why this is? Who is actually supposed to wear those clothes and to what or for what?

I was reading through and agreeing with others who find your attitude towards women's bodies quite upsetting and offensive, but I figured since you're promoting a cookery book it would be fairer to have a good look at that and ask about it.

The photos look very pretty.

I got to the introduction where you say 'I love Asia. I love the people; I love the climate; I love the shopping.'

That's a lot of love for a very big continent!

Are you worried people might think you're making a generalization about such a big area, which doesn't really have a single climate or one 'people', and where - notoriously - a lot of the clothes for the 'shopping' we all love so much are often made in illegal sweatshops?
