The EE storyline has effected me badly, I am a bereaved mother and I chose not to watch it. My Christmas mas ruined with pictures of tiny white coffins and people commenting on it being 'just a story' - well for some of us it's not just a story. Try having some empathy please.

I feel like this has been a waste of time too (thank goodness I've was able to spend some of the time waiting for the Hair Removal Cream to work on my legs while I was reading the comments - at least I have achieved nice, smooth legs if not any proper answers from Mr Kirkwood!

how do you answer comments that the portrayal of women in soaps is deeply misogynistic? why is it that as soon as a woman expresses a desire to start a family and it doesnt happen as result of a one night stand she turns into a baby stealing harpy?

We don't know anything more than we did an hour ago.

Except perhaps, Mr. Kirkwood is very accomplished at not actually answering anything asked of him.

I genuinely appreciate that this story has been very emotional for many of you, but we have had a lot of positive feedback from our viewers as well as critisism.

We never set out to upset viewers, and we take all opinions on board.

Dramas often reflect very difficult situations, but it's worth ending on the very positive point that the FSID have told us that visits to their website have gone up by over 500%.
