scottishmummy, the Christmas' as a family are not really 'normal' humans. They are mostly human but have evolved to be able to take all their nutrition needs from mince pies, brandy and the occasional bite of a carrot (interestingly enough, most reindeers don't like carrots, they get really freaked out by the orange poo it produces)
I am human however, and need more normal food to get by, some nice ham always perks me up.

How did you meet your DH?

All the preparations are pretty much done, DH has gone to bed so I am making sure that all the preparations are pretty muhc done.....

Do the men in your family go prematurely grey? Your DS can't be more than abou 12, and when I spoke to your DH at the local grotto he said he was nearing retirement age.

How are you going to fill the gap beween your DH retiring and DS being old enough to make a passable Father Christmas? (or are there older sons from a previous relationship?)
