OTC however is back to his normal tricks. Spotted an open window 5 minutes ago and presumably thought I hadn't seen him (or perhaps just didn't care)

In fact he’s been in a lampshade for the last week, following what we assume was a losing tussle with the tuxedo who’s just moved in next door.
He had had our entire block to himself until now, and indoors ruled the roost over our other 2 cats.
TC looks to be more of a lover than a fighter?

As an aside - I failed to post this yesterday of TC moving closer and making efforts to further ingratiate himself with Basil, ten minutes after the previous photo.

TC must think Basil has got a key to your house Grumpy. I laughed at the paw print cone of shame too. Hope he is soon recovered GiantKitten

TC definitely loves company!

Decorated cone is new to me too - and it has a pretty wavy edge - but the best thing is it has loops at the neck, for threading a bandage through and tying tightly so it doesn’t come off easily! He’s managed it once, by getting stuck in a part-closed door & reversing out of it, but that’s the only time.

Thanks, FishingPaws - he should be out of it very soon, he had an abscess by his ear and the skin there is very nearly healed. Poor love hasn’t been outside for a week, he’s getting a bit antsy...

I believe that TC is 7 years old today.

He's celebrating by trying to eat the ropes for the boat.
