Just spotted this on the M&S site. It's rather fugly but for fifty pence....

Got to be a mistake? Tempted to buy one and sell it on eBay .

This has happened before. I ordered one, maybe two years ago, got confirmation email, payment taken etc and they withdrew it. They don't have to honour it, they won't and you won't get your chairs

That said, it was on a different forum then...not sure M&S will take on MN

We've just ordered a few, & the order has gone through & we have been sent a Confirmation e-mail! Yes, they r fugly, but I'm hoping its true, that fugly is only skin-deep. Now we'll see what happens...

The confirmation email doesn't mean anything, I've had orders cancelled before after the email, saying the order isn't available.

I've ordered one to be delivered to my Dad's house!

When it happened with TV's there was a petition and they honoured the orders! Just read an article saying that the buyers used 'armchair legal arguments' and someone penned a song

I'm actually quite attached to my hypothetical chair now :( I might have to get in touch with the Daily Fail so I can do the standard sad Fail face standing beside my non-reclining sofa :(
