I am pretty much Duran Duranned out from my previous thread but have been looking on You Tube and pretending it's the 80s again.

Anyone beat them for 80s fabulousness?

I was only 16 in 1989 so my nightclub days were in the early nineties. It is all a bit of a blur to be honest.

I am much better at remembering music BEFORE I moved out and discovered snakebite

PatFenis there is every chance you would know my sister and BIL if you went there often, but maybe they were slightly before your time. Girl with purple spiky hair boy with black spiky hair - Robert Smithish. I was in my mid/late teens when I was going to the planet but my mates were all a fair bit older so now I'm in my early 40s they are all late 40s and early 50s - still haven't grown up though haha! Its so odd to see them now - a lot of them are still on that scene and haven't changed a bit bar greyer hair ...or a lot less hair
