I know Im not the only one.

I cant even be arsed to name change, here goes.

Nervous fanny.

You know when someone falls - hard and cracks their chin or elbow or whatever, my stomach drops, I get a shot of anxiety that shoots through the pit of my stomach down to my fanny. Right in the middle of my fanny I get a horrible feeling of anxiety.

Its only started in the last few years, its really unpleasant. Its like a bolt of aniexty, and I ONLY get it when someone hurts themselves. Wtf is that all about?

Anyway, what weird shit does your body do? Confess.

GreenEyesAndHam · 19/07/2012 22:05

no stealth boast honestly! Just interested and quite fascinated with what bodies can do.

Krumbum · 19/07/2012 22:06

Fluttery heartbeat occasionally
Sudden sharp headache that goes again quickly
If some whispers in or kisses my ear I get shivers and goose pimples all down that side of my body, all down my legs too.

Handsfullandinamuckingfuddle · 19/07/2012 22:06

Javelin arse ???? Dare I Google it ?

MangoHedgehog · 19/07/2012 22:07

gremlindolphin me too... Blush Tis all the weirder that I am having erotic dreams at the moment, 2wks after giving birth and having a great big episiotomy! sex is the last thing on my (waking) mind

Also, whenever I am pregnant my hairy moustache disappears - bliss as it means I don't need to pluck for 9 months

ForFoxsGlacierMints · 19/07/2012 22:07

Similar toxteth but more up and down than side to side!

fireice · 19/07/2012 22:08

I have a numb patch below my right shoulder blade that developed after I had my DD1 and spent the next few months carrying her about in full pfb fashion.

I think that the myoclonic jerks on going to sleep are normal.

toxtethogrady · 19/07/2012 22:08

javelin arse, WTAF?

Grin
EyeoftheStorm · 19/07/2012 22:08

Self-explanatory really. Sometimes for no reason it feels like someone's shoved a javelin up your arse. The pain is intense and excruciating - you suck in a pause and freeze whatever you're dong. Then it goes away just as quickly.

Muscle spasm?

Gettheetoanunnery · 19/07/2012 22:09

I get a nervous fanny! I always struggled to tell if I was actually nervous or turned on Confused

I also have a hard lump on the left side of my head. I've had it for years, sometimes it shrinks to nothing and then it comes back again. Weird.

Last thing, I see flutters out of the corner of my eye all the time. You know like when you think you can see one of them flying daddy long leg things, then you look at it and it's nothing. I get it everyday :(

GreenEyesAndHam · 19/07/2012 22:10

Ahh...I get javelin arse when I'm on my period

toxtethogrady · 19/07/2012 22:10

like a couple of ferrets in a sack looking for the exit, fox?

toxtethogrady · 19/07/2012 22:12

Grin well, i can say, hand on heart, i have never experienced javelin arse.

anyone had shot-putter's fanny?

SausageSmuggler · 19/07/2012 22:13

If i'm cleaning my belly button in the shower or something and I poke a bit too far it makes me cough.

GreenEyesAndHam · 19/07/2012 22:13

No but Discus Clit is an absolute bugger

fluffacloud · 19/07/2012 22:14

I get goose pimples in odd patches on my arms and legs for no reason.

Whenever I hear applause it makes me cry.

If I pluck my eyebrows in a certain place I have a sneezing fit.

Nervous parping Hmm

ForFoxsGlacierMints · 19/07/2012 22:15

toxteth perfect description! Though it happens very quickly, then they must find the exit - until you do it again!

Yes, this is how we while away the hours in my house!

EyeoftheStorm · 19/07/2012 22:15

You have no idea how proud I am that I have named cobra spit correctly and introduced some of you to javelin arse.

garlicbutter · 19/07/2012 22:16

Oh, Charlie, I have exactly the same left shoulder-blade numb spot! In fact, it's started burning just now - in sympathy, no doubt Confused It itches sometimes, too, like crazy. But scratching it doesn't help ... because it's numb Hmm

My Granny said it meant I'd been touched there by a witch as a baby. She was a tiny bit superstitious.

I'm another pre-sleep jerker. It's your brain discharging excess static, apparently.
I also "gleek" when talking sometimes (yeuch) and am v. twitchy when tired.

Fiveflowers · 19/07/2012 22:16

Nervous fanjo - check (watching You've been framed is agony!)
Gleeking - check
twitchy eyelids, thighs, fingers - check
orgasms in sleep - check

Also, if I raise my right arm above my head, the first joint in my index finger tingles.

orangeandlemons · 19/07/2012 22:17

I get a restless fanny (different from nervous). when I get restless legs which are a bloody nigtmare, I also get restless genitals. It is not fun. I have to press really hard against it with my hand, like when you want a wee to stop it. Fortunately I only get it in bed

VisuallyChallengedFiend · 19/07/2012 22:17

Plucking my eyebrows makes me sneeze

I get random missing and additional heartbeats that make me cough

All my joints crack. It is really quite disgusting. My neck is the worst.
