trips! That sounds great! Whether you manage to get away or not, that sounds wonderful, just what you need. I'd just send them off then crawl into bed if I were you.

Or maybe get busy with some DIY and install a brick wall running through the middle of the boys room. Or maybe reinforce the garden shed? You can surprise them with their own rooms when they get back!

Any body want to join me in an end of term mooch ?

I hate this day every year, don't know why. Most mums cry on their kids birthdays because they're getting older. For me it's every July.

Evening all. DH has abandoned me again (only for 26 hours this time), and the DTs have settled, so I'm free to use a computer. Amazing!

Triplets, that sounds great! I'm sure Sussex will be lovely.

eStar · 22/07/2010 21:40

Mildred, hope you're enjoting sole custody of the remote control

HM, Mars, Pixi, Momma - give us a wave if you're passing through. I've discovered where trips keeps the chocolate nuts, I'll lob you some on the way.

I also worked out where shabs keeps her apple juice, but think it's a little too risque risky to go in after it myself...

Morning girls......last day at borstal school for my trio

eStar · 23/07/2010 10:45

trips, what year are yours finishing this time? Trying to remember how old they are.

HarrogateMum · 23/07/2010 12:09

last day here too. Mine finish at 2pm and then got to hotfoot it up the road to pick up a friend's little boy from another school as she has had to go to a funeral .

Cant believe my boys have finished a whole year of school.Next year they are in separate classes. DT1 is in a general all year 1 class and DT2 is in a mixed YR 1 / Yr 2 class. However there are only 5 of them with about 25 yr 2s and he is the only boy from his reception class going in there. If he hadnt seemed so blase and happy about it I would have complained but have not bothered!
