I am sorely tempted, tea at Bettys? Last there with my mum and dad and Matthew in 93, seems another life time ago. Feel as though I am being tested to the limit, its such a different stress from losing Matthew. Its bad enough living with cancer, but living with cancer and 10 yr old naughty triplets at my age is pushing it!! I am a survivor.......I am ........Iam........wheres my nuts, need nuts, choccy covered nuts...........only got red hot chilli cashews in the house, not wise at this time of night.....

triplets · 17/08/2008 22:26

Sagapo..........Shabs taught me that, she`s wraight clever you know

accordiongirl · 17/08/2008 22:26

Could Harrogate Mum be the new Paula Radcliffe?

accordiongirl · 17/08/2008 22:27

what's it mean then trips, it sounds like it must be something nice...?

triplets · 17/08/2008 22:29

Accordiongirl, just peeped at your profile, your twosome are adorable and you really do play the accordion! My neighbour plays one and sometimes comes out on his balcony and plays sea shanties for the kids!

accordiongirl · 17/08/2008 22:29

Oops I mean DP not DH, suddenly managed to get virtually married

triplets · 17/08/2008 22:31

It means love.......isn`t that sweet? We also say Kale Nite which is goodnight, only once I made a typing error and put Kale Nits, its been that ever since! Shabs is dead clever cos she can speak alot of greek!

accordiongirl · 17/08/2008 22:34

OOh sea shanties - I love them. I've got quite a few CD's worth and sheet music too. Managed to make our whole office sing them for our christmas do once as well. Balconies are good places to play accordions too.

And of COURSE I really play the accordion - although of courese I could be making an enigmatic connection between an accordion and the process of multiple pregancy...

Thinak you for peeking at my twosome! The pink on'es looking a bit bashed up at the mo, she's had three face-marking accidents in the past three days, two of which caused mouthfuls of blood, the other has given her a double scab on the tip of her nose which look like a second set of nostrils.

Night night brave lady.

accordiongirl · 17/08/2008 22:35

Agree - very very sweet.

accordiongirl · 17/08/2008 22:35

Oh, so THAT'S what Shabby's speaking...

accordiongirl · 17/08/2008 22:35
Wink
triplets · 17/08/2008 22:36

Kale Nits

triplets · 17/08/2008 22:45

Having a hot flush...................no girls...not what you are thinking.....Kale Nits and sagapo to Shabs, and where the hell are you these days?
Hows my grandbaby?
xx

shabster · 18/08/2008 00:55

Sagapo - its Greek for I love you.

Trips - my head is full of shite nonsense and I am bad company. Lew is just fine and dandy. Ems new AD's are working very well and she is looking just great. My darling, darling firstborn looks bewildered and as though he is carrying the weight of the world on his shoulders.

They have had Lews photos taken and he is being entered into the Bolton News (local newspaper) 'Little Darlings competition. When I get some more details I will let you know.

Life is full of crap Trips - full of it.....dont know why stuff happens, dont know why we are tested over and over again. All I know is that we have to pin a smile on and say insane stuff like 'I'm fine thanks, how are you.'

Life plods on, and on, and on. The rain carrys on falling in Lancashire, my beloved Greece never happened, I dont think!! I keep crying. I am mentally insane.

Kale Nits Trips my dear friend. Sagapo with all my heart xx

shabster · 18/08/2008 08:03

  1. One boy slept downstairs last night as they were so naughty, the said boy was then awake at 6.45am and let the cats upstairs who cried and cried and woke everybody else up.
  1. Both boys then down playing on the bed settee and watching "Hitlers War" at 7am with the volume on 36!
  1. Dh still feeling yuk, still asleep, its now 8.40am.

6 Gladys has messed the bed again, all sheets to be changed when DH gets up.

  1. Its bloody pouring down again!

Think I should go back to bed and start again!

10km! I'm impressed.

I haven't even been to the gym for a month cos the kids are off school. Know what you mean about feeling bottom of the pile, and I think the school hols are the worst time for that.

Thanks god, only today and tomorrow and I have survived hte 5 weeks of the kids on my own! Thursday we are off on holiday. It hasn't been quite so bad as I expected, mainly because there has been fantastic holiday activities in the area this year. The kids have had golf lessons and been climbing.

Golly trips sounds like a pretty crap start to the day . Is Rebecca ok? Makes me worry if she has sore neck and rash and feels sick...
