Shabs! We are united in fame

Trips B'stards!!! Can you leave all the kids with H? If so, come to me, our spare room is a TIP but I will chuck it all outside and put fresh bedding on. I will pour you seven chardonnays and send DP to the local takeaway. Will you feel welcome?????

frumpygrumpy · 16/08/2008 20:45

Ruby, welcome home!!!! Forgot to say that earlier! Missed you and I feel glad you are back

triplets · 16/08/2008 21:57

Night sleeper booked FG! Gladys can cook, was and scrub.............I longggggggggggg for a spare room, Ill arrive at 7.30am, stand under the clock, Ill be wearing the flamenco number I wore last week, will you recognize me.....d`y think?

On a more serious note, we got home from grandmas and H had just got up, he didn`t attempt a wee dram which is a sure sign he is feeling rotten, he had a half slice of bread, and was back in bed by 8.30pm! Horrible chemo! Kids just gone up, I let them stay up, hoping they would be good and not do their usual nightmare routine, and guess what? Not a single sound......bless them, there is hope!

Had 3 pkts of cheese and onion crisps, not just any crisps...M&S crisps and a can of John Smiths for my supper, I know, naughty, but d`y know what? I could eat it again! Not a single nut in the house..............oh woe is me...woe is me

Trips, I'm not very sociable until well after 8am so either drink hot coffee under the clock or jump in a cab. I promise when the sociable hour hits, I'll smother you with love Seriously, I am not the most sociable of sorts. I don't do meet ups or coffee mornings. But if you need to, my spare room is yours. My cooking is hit or miss, mainly miss. My social skills are limited. I shout at my children. But I will try hard. I know Edinburgh is not the best place for you to visit. But I am here and if you came I would try my best to make your time here good. You are welcome. My leek and tattie soup is fiiine

accordiongirl · 16/08/2008 22:54

H E L L O everyone!

Back from east Anglia, sand in the crevices, picking whelks from my teeth (should they really taste like elastic bands?), babies tanned and happy, blue twin distinctly fatter. We had to come home, east Anglia ran out of pasta.

Wow, whoat about those limpics eh? We had them on the radio in the bus coming home and have to admit shedding a medium-wave tear for our rowers.

You still there Tigs, everyone's been asking for you and here you are! (AG goes all shy...)

Yes Ruby, the accordion had an outing in the sun, although I had to stop playing to pull cake from mouth of blue twin who was still trying to stuff more in, while starting to yak up.

Some important questions:

(1) how can I make myself go to bed earlier? On school days, I need to rise at 6.20.30am but I don't seem to want to go to sleep before at least 12.30am. Even if I'm tired, I just get a second wind come 10\11pm. Not good for a girl who needs lots of sleep. My happy sleep hours are 12.30am - 8am so I need to change it to 10\10.30pm - 6am ish.

(2) do you feel your multiples benefitted or missed out by being multiples?

(3) how can I be sure I sleep with Paolo Nutini when we share air space a week on Wednesday?

Night girlies. All this and more again tomorrow........

I know what love is but I still adore this song I might pop this on as I sleep........long, tight and peaceful now........

AG, only worry if they are running naked with bobos flying a-plenty. Otherwise they all look like skeletons coated in waxwork tibetan warriors.

frumpygrumpy · 16/08/2008 23:10

its not often a woman puts herself out on a limb like that
