I have not long come back from my sisters where my nephew (17 tomorrow - yikes !) cooked chilli with the works. DTs thrown filthy and snoring into their pits in their vests and gro bags. Hi all, no luck as yet finding a mini break, looks like being Costa Deal! Feeling better today, bounced back, talking of bouncing where is Tigger? Where is the mighty Shabster? Dh arm is still pretty swollen, then on top of that Matthews cat Tessie has been limping badly for a couple of days so we whipped her to the vets this morning to get her checked, he thinks she has just pulled some tendons, gave her an injection and some pills to take. You should have heard the kids in the car, because Tess was stressed she was yelling and dribbling everywhere, so James burst into tears, then Becca, then Tom Tom, pandemonium! She has just come in now, still limping, so maybe I am not meant to get away!

So hows life in Shabster Towers?

We are looking quite posh!!! Just our bedrooms to decorate and then we are done - for now!! Still at war with ex landlord. He wont give us our bond back because he says the housing benefit suspended his payments - naturally

BUT housing benefit didn't till the 21st of July and this week they are giving us written proof that he has had the money. If he doesn't give it us back I am determined to go to a small claims court and I WILL get it. In the 'great scheme' of things it is nothing and he is nothing but I WILL win.
