It is official....I 'peaked too soon' this week. I could quite easily throw up and go to sleep at the same time.

Ems is much brighter we had a great gab last night. Doctor has also said it is not depression it is panick attacks. She ended up crying laughing when Lew grabbed my already too large tshirt at the front and ransacked my bobos!! My shirt looks like one of Bernard Mannings cast offs now!! Lewis has Dan and Em under his spell, he is the boss, the master, the owner of everything he surveys

I gave them both massive chunks of birthday cake and the minute he saw, from his bouncy chair, that his Mummy was doing something for herself he screamed the house down. I turned his chair away from Em and towards the tv and if he could have give me the V signs he would have done.

They are going on their first 'date' a week tomorrow - going to Em's favourite pastime - the cinema. I have made them go the evening showing so it is a proper date!

PazzaPlusTwo · 25/07/2008 17:04

hey shabs - i got inspired by Dan&Ems date and invited dh on a date when my mum was here! it was fab - went to a nice restaurant and only called mum twice (dts were tucked up in bed like angels all evening of course) we spent most of the evening trying to remember things to talk about without talking about the dts!

it was really nice and we proper snogged on the way home like teenagers

PazzaPlusTwo · 25/07/2008 17:10

fg sent you an email with my address

shabs LOVELY photos! happy b'day to tomster for yesterday. he's a good-lookin lad! (too young for me tho )

i cant believe the HA's attitude btw!

shabster · 25/07/2008 17:32

Hiya Pazz - proper love the word 'snogged.' it makes me think of when I was about 15 - its a great word.

Your date sounds excellent.

Em is already planning what she is going to wear. I will probably be on MN all night on a thread entitled 'What can I do about my grandchild who wont stop screaming' ROFL

RAAAAAAY!

(This is what pink twin does when we sit down to eat all together, puts her hands up in the air and goes: "RAAAAY!". Makes me LOL like a good 'un because her arms are so short that her hands only reach as far as her ears.

Amazingly well thank you Pazza, he has spent all day repairing 5 bikes so we can all go off to a surprise 40th party tomorrow nr the beach, a hog roast and booze! Today to look at him you would n`t think anything was wrong with him, so very different to this time last week. He has though had a break in his chemo, that will start again next Thurs, so for now we are making the most of it, today felt "normal" which was so good.
