Momma............I know she isn`t Gabby Logan, but my lips are sealed

triplets · 19/04/2008 23:22

Not gone, just going to do my eye bath and refresh my patch, such a sexy sight tonight

shabster · 19/04/2008 23:29

D still wont talk about the boys. He will cry quietly if they are mentioned but I am much more upbeat about them. He just says I am hard hearted because I get cross cause he is stuck in 'why us' mode. The trouble with that is Trips 'why NOT us' the death of a child has no boundaries, doesn't care what 'class' we are, what religion we are, what we have done before or since, wether we are good or bad. I stand alone in my house I am afraid. I am a bereaved mum. There you go - that is it.

shabster · 19/04/2008 23:31

This will sound awful Trips but I can speak my mind to you. D needs me so much that it suffocates me. I want to run and run and never look back. BUT that is not possible. So each day I do an Elanor Rigby - pick up the face that I keep in the jar by the door!

triplets · 19/04/2008 23:32

How many times have you stood on that soap box ?

shabster · 19/04/2008 23:34

I think only about three times today on different threads

triplets · 19/04/2008 23:35

Thats a hard one Shabs, as as we know life is very precious and often too short, some would say grab your freedom and happiness and run, but...........its a strange bond when you have lost your child, he will never knwo how very very lucky he is to have you, I mean that with all my heart, because I know how hard it has been for you my lovely lovely friend xx

shabster · 19/04/2008 23:36

Best song in Oliver

Me and Joanne sing this, when very pickled, and swish imaginary skirts around.

shabster · 19/04/2008 23:48

Hiya Rubester - good to see you sweetheart - everything ok?

triplets · 19/04/2008 23:49

Shabs be very careful, remember that song made us giddy that night of the new thread and we were in big trouble with Fg

triplets · 19/04/2008 23:52

Shabs............if I promise not to cry, you will find me Tears in Heaven by the lovely Mr Clapton, Matthews friend sang it for him at one of his concerts, I have the concerts on video, if I can get them copied would you like them?

shabster · 19/04/2008 23:53

Trips would love them!

I will go to youtube and find our Eric for you. That is an amazing song.

I have got Itunes on the computer - at the moment I have got 'If I were a rich man' playing and then I know the next song is house music that makes me think of Faliraki. I suspect that I need to be on a secure mental ward somewhere!!

For my forever friend

triplets · 19/04/2008 23:57

Shabby remind me of the date you fly off into the sunset?

shabster · 20/04/2008 00:00

I said to Tom 'look at mums sore hands with knitting' he said 'thats what they always look like' then he went and googled owd biddies hands and put that link on for me. Couldn't you just kiss him!!!!

Seriarsly - think the menopause has kicked back in. I had no periods for almost a year and then back to normal and now .......hot sweats, very angry, very very angry, more angry, more sweats and a little more angry OK Ruby!!!! Sorry I keep loosing the plot

shabster · 20/04/2008 00:03

June 28th. Saturday. Fly at about 2pm have to be at Manchester airport 3 hours before. We will get into the hotel about 10pm where Nikos (in his own words) 'will be ready to service you once again and I will have a screaming orgasm ready for you.' So....cant be bad eh?????

Awwww trips he e mailed me today, 2,500 miles, and said 'I love you too darling.' So, obviously Thursday night I must have been very tipsy and been sagapoing him all over Greece. Shame he is half my age, twice my height and half my weight really.

triplets · 20/04/2008 00:04

shabster · 20/04/2008 00:06
