My wardrobes are here!!!

Why does fg get the sleek young desirables, and I get spotty prepubescents!!

He was awful, and by the time he'd lugged it all upstairs he was panting, hardly strong toned thighs here!

shabster · 13/03/2008 11:46

Aww be kind Chops!! Somebody, somewhere must love him

That frumpster is a swine - gets all the best stuff! Bet she's waiting for Tescohunk as we speak

hi all

come back T&T we miss you

Egg · 13/03/2008 12:03

ooooh I have a Tesco man coming tomorrow, I will report back on his looks and physique!

Also got a man coming to fix the exercise bike today. For some reason I am picturing him to have fitness instructor type looks .

oooggs · 13/03/2008 12:04

morning egg - time to exercise??????

Egg · 13/03/2008 12:08

triplets I think we should all be signing a petition or something, you would get thousands of signatures from all of us (we can get all our family and RL friends to sign too). It's a pile of crap having to wait so long .

Your other post about your holiday when you were a youngster made me think of one of my good friends who I have not been in touch with for a few months (must get in touch NOW), she is 27 years older than me but one of my greatest friends and we were partners in crime at work for many years. Despite the age gap we had so much in common, particularly our dirty minds , we were always embarassing the poor lads at work!

estar · 13/03/2008 12:10

Hi all.

Haven't been on because t'internet has been a bit funny, but not spending as much time on the computer has made me realise how much it is distracting from other stuff.

Soooooooo.......I'm going to have a month off this thread. I hate missing out on anything so I'm always trying to read what everyone's written but I'm losing hours of my life! I need to try and get better systems at home and help the kids with areas where they're struggling and other stuff like that.

Just wanted to tell you in case anyone needs to contact me (for the meetup or anything), I'm on FaceBook. I'll just go now and add my name to the 'who are you?' bit on the Mumsnet FB page.

See you in a month!

Egg · 13/03/2008 12:11

Well... I did get on the bike twice before I broke it last week! Only for 10 mins a time as it has been a while. I normally used to cycle 4 times a week but stopped when early pg with the DTs as too knackered. Hoping to get going again as I do so little exercise these days as don't go out walking so much any more as taking all three little ones is such a PITA!

You do realise I don't clean my house or anything though, hence having time to exercise!

Did T&T drop in? I have not seen her around in months .

triplets · 13/03/2008 12:31

We`ve just got a cancellation.....next Weds at 2pm!

shabster · 13/03/2008 12:35

trips so very, very pleased for you. Now you can get sorted out!!!

Well done me old mucker - you did good

ChopsTheDuck · 13/03/2008 12:35

ooh good news trips!

I'm getting obssessed with delivery drivers now I saw our local tescos driver and he can't be a day under 60. I wonder if ocado have a better standard of driver...

triplets · 13/03/2008 12:41

Now I must try not to dwell on it! Could do with a girls night out, wouldn`t that be good? You never know I might make that meet up yet? Who is going?

Shabs, what date are you off to far flung shores with you far flung tassles? What date is our grandson due?

shabster · 13/03/2008 13:03

Lewis Daniel - I love writing that - is due on June 10th and we go to paradise on the 28th June think we may be cutting it a bit fine!! Emma is 26 on May 31st so we are trying to talk Lewis into coming on Mummy's birthday. Ce Sera Sera

HarrogateMum · 13/03/2008 13:06

Hi all - good news Trips taht you got the appt sorted. Re the meet up, so far as far as I know its still only me and dingdong who have booked, but chops/estar and snorris/tkb may tell me differently! WE need more people to come!!

I have been to the docs this morning as I've had major cramping pains under my ribs for months now. Got to have an ultrasound on my gall bladder - niiiiiiiiice.

triplets · 13/03/2008 13:09

OMG what will Dan do without you those first few weeks, should I come up?

shabster · 13/03/2008 13:12

I told him we were thinking about going away at the end of June and he said 'Mum we will be fine, I get good paternity leave (works for local council) and we will be our own little family - I don't mean we dont need you cause we do - but this is the job I was put on this earth for!!' must admit I put the phone down and had a quiet cry. Not upset that he said they would be fine by themselves just wandered back through time and thought how useless and helpless I felt when Dan and Gareth came along.

I (We) are very, very lucky mams and grandmas

Egg · 13/03/2008 13:16

Fab news triplets .

Exercise bike man has been and gone. He was a very nice man. Friendly, made lots of nice comments about DTs etc, but not really attractive.

Here's hoping for the Tesco man to up the standard tomorrow.

Chops I once had an attractive ocado man, but that was only once in about five years of using them.

largeginandtonic · 13/03/2008 13:24

Good news Trips

MarsLady · 13/03/2008 13:48

Fantastic news trips!

Now ladies. Can you list for me the best twin books? Ta
