well.......after all.....if I'm going to be held down at knifepoint I want to have decent underwear on!

TKB, dress is gorgeous. Sure you don't want us all as special 'maids'?

Momma, I adore that dress.

iamdingdong · 19/01/2008 21:13

fab dress tkb - looking forward to seeing the photos

I wasn't sick with dts (I suspect the thread has moved on a bit since that conversation )

HM nice to see you around, when do you emmigrate? Have we got time for a N Yorks meet up before then?

still struggling to keep up

HarrogateMum · 19/01/2008 21:59

tkb - fab dress! Momma - fab dress - buy it!!

Estar - I am pleased to hear that there are other with DTs like mine, I have spoken to my health visitor before about DT1 and his "strange" behaviour...but I think its just his personality! His favourite thing at the moment is "no mummy, NAUGHTY mummy, go away!!".......hmmm guessing the naughty bit is him copying me, plesae dont all shoot me down in flames.....

Dingdong - re emigrating......really dont know what is happening, DH cant make his mind up, plus it all depends on a job he may or may not get, if he gets it he says it is the "opportunity of a lifetime" and wants to stay here. I have told him if that is the case I want to buy FG's castle off her and live in the middle of nowhere (at least as far away from the 17 year old over the roads DRUMS THAT HE PLAYS EVERY NIGHT!!!!!!AAAAGGGGHHHHHHHHHHH)

And Triplets - of course you were missed.

HarrogateMum · 19/01/2008 22:00

oooooohhhhhh dingdong of course I am up for a meet up - when when when!!

HarrogateMum · 19/01/2008 22:34

Humph, I go away for a bit, come back and you all IGNORE ME. I am off to bed (flouncity flounce flounce.......)

largeginandtonic · 19/01/2008 23:00

HM do you want to go? I would love to, really hope to one of these days.

Ooogs pmsl at Erin on her feet, she will be off in a few weeks

I was horribly sick with the dts for about 14 weeks. Just nausea though no actual vomit. Was not much differerent with dd but the others it was not as bad.

TK the dress is soo lovely, cant wait to see some pics of you in it! Will keep my eye out for shoes for you.

Triplets > i missed you

Dingdong glad the name is back

Momma that dress is so lovely, would you wear it while you bake? I love dresses like that but am short on the occasions to wear them too...

estar · 19/01/2008 23:58

Aaaaargh! Got so stressed with the state of the house today that I spent the evening looking at au pair websites. DH came home and thought I was off my rocker. Really though - I am in desperate need of some kind of order around me, I have a thousand boxes stuffed full of mixed-up objects with no time to sort or unpack them, I'm spending at least half an hour everytime I need a scrap of paperwork because the filing cabinet has needed resorting for eight months so I can't fit anything in it, I can't even find things in the kitchen because the cupboards have never been organised properly...........aaaaargh!

Just general housework, baby feeding, boy chasing, laundry and cooking is zapping all my time and energy every day, so how I will ever get to the more important job, I don't know. I'm fed up of the boys watching too much TV and only get the dregs of my time.

So surely an au pair for six months is not such a crazy idea?

Hi Estar, Do you have Homestart nr you, sounds as though you need a little helping hand, would be there in a jiffy if I could! Goodmorning to everyone else, bit sniffy this morning, hope its not a cold, first for a year if it is! Did I tell you I broke a tooth, another £100 to shell out next week, and then two nights ago Harry broke a tooth, though it serves him right, he opened Tesco finest Macadamia Nut Brittle I had bought for my Mum!So more money in a month which is already very strapped for cash! Trios b/day next Sun, party costing £120, but it will be their last big bash, and to be fair they havent had that many of them, but I couldnt face a house full of 10yr olds running amok!! At least being the lucky mother of multiples we get to do it in one bash! Still haven`t got my x-ray result as of 2 weeks ago on my shoulder, it is better now anyway, still waiting for DH hospital appt for further investigation, that is playing on my mind, but atm I am feeling GOOD! Mind you its only 10am!

triplets · 20/01/2008 10:11

Does anyone know how Oj and Steve are, can`t find the thread?

MarsLady · 20/01/2008 10:59

OJ and Steve

I really mustn't be here today. I am less than half way through my assignment (a 2,200 word story. Title An Inhospitable Place). Really need my family to vanish... or to have a beautiful iMac that I can take to a deserted Caribbean island so that I can write to my heart's content..............sigh..... Okay enough procrastination.

See you later ladies.
