oh, and for coughs, a great natural remedy is turmeric, though it tastes vile - it is a natural antispetic and really works. disolve it in water with some honey and grated ginger, and swallow.

Well i went for my nuchal scan at leeds this afternoon, all is well two healthy babies that appeared to be doing baby aerobics Consultant says 1 in 4 chance they are identical!!! and my down's risk is 1:5000 the same as a 15yr old so im very happy.Hope everyone is well.
