Nah!!!!!!!!!!!!! Loving it too much at the moment.

Those stereo moments with the DTs though..... they make me want to put the world on pause occasionally.

Had a fab night out dancing. Saw that IAMF filled the thread and didn't even start a new one

So here it is and if you don't like the title.... well it's almost 3 in the morning. What's a Mars to do?

Ohhhh...Nibbles!! How posh!! I haven't had tea yet so don't mind if I do!!

I don't normally drink....but as it's you

Ahhhh gin!! Reminds me of a very long boring journey to Southampton that I thought would be made nicer by the stuff. Ended up getting off the train halfway, at Sailsbury for some reasonand then sitting on a cold platform for three hours to wait for the next one!! Sailsbury,Southampton, both sound the same when you've had a couple!!!!

I think I'm going to turn in now.
My kids have got a birthday party on Sunday. What do you think 1 pricey present from all of them or 3 cheap ones from each?

oooggs · 12/10/2007 22:22

one nice one from your three I would prefer if they were going to ds1's party, which of course they can can you make it to Plymouth in December?

MarsLady · 12/10/2007 22:23

I'm taking one cheap one each from the DTs tomorrow!

Momma, I had to give Molly infant gaviscon but it was as a last resort and to be honest it didn't make that much of a difference.
I know that you are probably doing it already, but have you tried to feed Dante in a sitting position? I used to put Molly in her car seat, give her her feed, leave her for a couple of minuets, then give her a quick wind put her back and wait for her feed to go down. I know that it is lovely to feed your babies in your arms and I really missed that closeness with her, but it seemed to work and she was in a lot less pain afterwards.
I hope that helped a little bit.
Oh...and you have competition there are new twins in town!!! Really nice couple, her husband works away, might be a bit on the lonely side so I'm going to be brave and have a chat with her when I see her next time.

MarsLady · 13/10/2007 12:00

The Gaviscon takes a while to take effect. Did the CO say anything about it? And has Nova been booked in yet? Are you making sure to keep him upright after each feed and are you winding in on your shoulder (with muslin attached)? His armpits should rest on your shoulders and you take the flat of your hand and stroke upwards. He may need to stay upright for 10mins to be sure that it has all settled. Poor baby!

Got to take my DTs to a princess party. So DT1 is wearing a yellow Belle (Beauty and the Beast) dress and DT2 is going as a Knight! He's not keen and could potentially spend the party nekkid!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
