Nah!!!!!!!!!!!!! Loving it too much at the moment.

Those stereo moments with the DTs though..... they make me want to put the world on pause occasionally.

Had a fab night out dancing. Saw that IAMF filled the thread and didn't even start a new one

So here it is and if you don't like the title.... well it's almost 3 in the morning. What's a Mars to do?

MERLYPUSS · 11/10/2007 11:20

Morning peeps. Went to the quack and I have a kidney infection (prob why I had the arse yesterday) so I will be spending the next 2 days flat on the sofa watching crap tv. That should help my fat trotters. Also I won't be at work listening to those sanctimonious (sp?) cows and their sing-song voices
Thanks for your good wishes and advice re support pop socks. Might see if they do ankle ones as my calves are a bit fat for elastic at the knees. Doc couldn't really recommend anything for them so I have prescribed croissants and nutella. What do you think?

WHOA!! WHOA!! WHOA!!

Hello ladies it's my birthday..Gonna party like it's my birthday!!
Thirty ....something today, thirty something today!!!

Well it's cheese and pineapple on sticks a go go here at the moment.Having a lovely birthday tea when my babies get home from school, preparing it now as I'm off to have a long birthday soak!! Got lots of beautiful cards and flowers and pressies(Momma I have money and I'm off to the shops to catch you up!!)

Mars, sorry i missed your scrummy cake last night, will pop in and share some of mine later.Love, love, love the shoes!! I have never been brave enough to wear red myself(Dito on the boots Momma)

Triplets: I know exactly what you are saying about the tinnitus. I have suffered from it for years, although it is my own fault as I spent the ages of 14-20 stood in front of a large amplifier!! Have you tried Ginko tablets? They quiten the noise down quite a bit

Sorry to all those mums who have been having sleepless nights. Before I had my dx3 I didn't know that it was possible to sleep sitting up!!(actually fell asleep feeding them on many occassions)

Right I'm off.
Oh all right then!! As you insist!! I think I have time for one lap around the bed. GRAB HOLD!!

deja vu?
Sorry computer is playing up!!

piximon · 11/10/2007 18:16

Happy Birthday TripletEm, both the cake and the children look delicious!

I'm very of all the lovely footwear on here. I have a thing for shoes/boots. I can't seem to get anything nice for myself lately, either feel too guilty to splurge, or in the case of clothes, I ordered some from Next which still haven't shown up today. Phoned several times and I'm still none the wiser when to expect them. Just seems everything I try to do at the moment is a disaster.

MarsLady · 11/10/2007 18:25

Happy Birthday TripletEm

Pixi............ it will get better!

Right..... off to visit more potentials. Picked up another booking today and suddenly feeling over busy... even though they are spread out.

Triplets....... I am a night bird! Can't help myself Salsa tonight!

OOOooh, Em!!! Happy Birthday!!! How many candles????

I will post later, properly. DP and me had a day that needs recorded. Kind of strange/apprehensive but amazingly good as well.

I adore you all, you are amazing. Without this thread, I'd be nothing.

frumpystumpy · 11/10/2007 20:00

Em, is your Sunday name Emma?

TripletEm · 11/10/2007 20:06

Happy birthday Em old then m'dear? go on, you can tell us, some of us here are really old

inamuckingfuddle · 11/10/2007 20:14

oops, how old even

hey FG are you ok? You are being a bit mysterious these days...

I am munching my way through a box of after eights, v naughty, but v nice

TripletEm · 11/10/2007 20:17

The grand old age of..........32!!!!

But the problem is everyone thinks I am lying.
You've probably noticed that I can be a bit scatty sometimes(NO?). Well up until a couple of months ago I thought i was 32. I mis-calculated!! So I've spent most of this year being 32 anyway!! Now everyone thinks I am one of those people who lie about their age!!
Oh, and I'm not changing the age on my profile, I will be 31 forever!!!

oooggs · 11/10/2007 20:18

happy birthday em

yes parents staying with 'auntie & uncle' in Deal

thanks for all your supportive words - gotta go Jack is kicking off (again)

inamuckingfuddle · 11/10/2007 20:25

ooogs sorry I missed your post about havign a rotten time at the mo, hope it passes soon, I find life as a parent tends to come in waves of coping brilliantly and loving it followed by depths of despair and hating it...at the moment I am happy as a mum but not enjoying work, so do I pack it in and have no money but lots of cuddles? ANyway, hope you feel happier soon x

frumpystumpy · 11/10/2007 20:29

ooogs..love.

Em, I understand that, I thought I was 34 on my next birthday, then DP told me I'm 35! I like being the age you feel and I will hang onto that forever.

Dingdong, am I being mysterious? I'm sorry for that. What did I do? I guess its that DP is still home everyday, all day, and that is very very very unusual for us (first time in about ten years) and that he doesn't quite know the full extent of my presence here, so I pop in and pop out. I have grown to adore you girls in a big way and consider you all to be my closest friends. (It works for us all because we come to each other at the time that suits us but I think we have a lovely group here.) In short, I am primarily a loner who is especially happy in my own company but who needs outside reassurance and loves you all madly for sticking with me even though I'm odd.

Love to you. DP will go for curry later and I'll pop back.

Talking of curry, is Kelly still on dial up/ wind the handle up?
