tried to go back to sleep, dozed then Thomas came in and reminded me he needed a lift to Sandwich with his mates at 8.40am, could he take some food. Staggered downstairs then remembered James has to go into school today for more catchup. Got J up, he came down shivering and said he felt sick! So hes back in bed, just when Im feeling on top of the world myself Hmm

triplets · 14/06/2014 09:11

Mama........what position were you in to drop a phone on your face Confused

MultipleMama · 14/06/2014 12:48

I was laid on my back with Artie breastfeeding on my stomach, so I had the phone above my head so I could see and type and the phone slipped through my fingers Blush

Note to self: Never travel in a car for over an hour with BlueA. He screamed the whole way there and had two breathing attacks from working himself into a fit. His crying was upsetting the DC so on the way back we plan to move K into the front, A to where K sits so I can sit next to blueA and hopefully make the journey home easier! Family outings aren't as fun as they used to be!

Booked myself sometime on the ice tomorrow morning for a couple of hours. DH is going to walk the DC to PiL and I'll walk and meet them after practice. It's been awhile since I pushed myself and just had fun on the ice - I feel free when I'm on the ice, I feel home.

You ladies having a lovely weekend? X

Grrrr 2-1 .......stay up to support them and they were rubbish!
Boring day, started off hung over :o then James was sick, then Rebecca felt sick , then went to Tescos then upcycled an old book case. I just cannot stand too much excitement...............night night all xx

triplets · 15/06/2014 11:22

Its Fathers Day, of to the cemetery. So just left dk to wash up the b/fast things, did do him scrambled egg, and his children are all in bed! x

MultipleMama · 15/06/2014 16:26

Happy father's day to my beautiful dad, without him I would not be the parent or person I am today. I love him very much xx

Had a lovely family dinner were we celebrated all the fathers around the table and exchanged cards and gifts. :)

Had a 2 hour skype session with my dad and Ivan, today. I miss them both so much! The D-twins Russian is improving so much that they can now answer a few of dad's questions in full sentences :)

Finally sorted out a babysitter. BiL now works from home on the weekend while his DC spend weekend with their mum so he's offered to stay over at ours. We asked PiL but they admitted that they wouldn't be able to cope with BlueA overnight so they are just going to take K, A and the D-twins for the night.

How was everyone's day? X

MultipleMama · 16/06/2014 15:19

Good morning! The sun has been out today, I spoilt and treated the DC to homemade strawberry & raspberry ice-cream and I even made strawberry ice cream with breastmilk for Artie - I think I found her weakness Grin

Waiting on DH to come home so I can take Halo to his OT appointment in his car instead of the tepee.

I meant good afternoon!

bubby64 · 16/06/2014 17:19

Afternoon all.
I see you have all been busy in my absence, drama, tears & kids causing chaos.
Had my caste off last week, but fracture isnt healing well, so got to try and move it & get more circulation to the # and wear a wrist brace when working. If it still hasn't healed in 6 weeks they have to put a screw in.Sad DH has been fighting almost continually with J again, it didn't help that I worked a long day both Saturday and yesterday, and he was left looking after them on fathers day, and finally I am now off work as I have been fighting a cold which has turned into a chest infection and pleurisy. I hate being ill, and I seem to be permanently unwell lately. I burst into tears in the surgery as it is all getting too much. I know its not as much as some of you dear ladies have gone through, but I am slowly sinking and everyone thinks I am just waving.

MultipleMama · 16/06/2014 19:30

Oh bubs, here's some Cake & Wine. Put yout feet up. Pluresy is nasty so I hope you're getting some form of rest!

Just heard our whole street cheering, and dancing in the street - Germany won. DH is round at his brother's with FiL having some bonding time so I've been left with supper and bed times but I don't mind seeing as I had this morning off to go skating :)

triplets · 16/06/2014 23:57

Thanks for poor you Bubbs, you sound very run down an in need of some "me" time. Do try and rest.
Shabs you seem very quiet these days, is that a good sign?
Rebecca has got to go into school again tomorrow, more catch up, they were supposed to be finished until Sept. Its driving me insane having them all home, I never seem to get a minute and my food bill!!

MultipleMama · 17/06/2014 00:14

Unable to sleep. Insomnia and BlueA having breathing trouble and making weird noises as he sleeps - he never makes noises.

Artie & DH are bed sharing in the spare room - she starting to sleep through the night - and even though BlueA doesn't wake her, DH has become a light sleeper and needs sleep more than I do.

Oh Mama, I hope he is ok, I would be so scared. xxxx

MultipleMama · 17/06/2014 00:43

Well, I called his out of hours paed and he said to monitor his breathing and see if it settles within the hour and to call back if any worrying signs i.e blue lips, rattling chest, shallow breaths. Right now his stats are low and have increased his 02 level to max, right now he's taking a few shallow breaths and then returning to normal and then when he makes noises the shallow breatha return. They're off and on. He's not yet woken up so only slightly concerned as he usually wakes up when he's really destressed or having breathing trouble. Fingers crossed he settles down.

Morning ladies, grey and very windy..........the weather not m :o Off to school today as my tiny tigers have a visiting class from another school coming, should be fun...........60 in one room! On Thurs I am going to the zoo with them!
Mama hope you have had a good night and he is ok, let us know. x

shabbs · 17/06/2014 08:03

Morning girls - am OK Trips....just

MultipleMama · 17/06/2014 17:01

Afternoon, ladies.

What an exhausting night. Had to call BlueA's paed back, where he told us to head to hospital and he'd meet us there. Turns out his asthma had flared up and caused an attack. They put him on higher 02 and gave him a steriod injection and was allowed home just after 12pm. We have a new action plan and he has finally been given a preventer inhaler and they've changed his reliever to a LABA one. I'm hoping all this doesn't effect his surgery in August!

Sounds like you'll have your hands full again, Trips! Hope you have fun though! Grin

Glad to hear from you, Shabs. Been thinking about you, lately. How's your mum doing? Hope you managed to sort out the nursing home problem xxx

bubby64 · 17/06/2014 22:56

Mama- glad blueA is ok, and happy they are finally coming up with another plan
Shabbs- are you ok hun? Has you db got his own way with moving your mum?
Trips- have a great time at the zoo.
Soks- how is it going with James
I stupidly did a final day of AdHoc work at ICI today, as I have been struggling with fitting their last shift in for health surveillance, and I didn't want to let them down. DH was realky annoyed and worried about me doing it, but, as I was sitting most of the time, and not running around I managed it, but I have promised him I will rest tomorrow. I know, I'm my own worst enemyBlush

triplets · 18/06/2014 08:36

Morning I m still in bed, no one in school until 11am today. Grey and drizzling..........lovely.

shabbs · 18/06/2014 09:51

Morning girls xx

Brother doesn't tell me whats going on and I cant be arsed bothered asking!!! Mum is still at the same nursing home.....all keys have been put well out of reach from her, GP prescribed mild sedatives to help her sleep at night. Since she has been on them she seems much calmer and more like my 'old Mum.' Spent a couple of hours with her yesterday. She has started to talk about my Dad.....when she does she sobs and apologises to me for crying??? Im just so glad that she is talking about him. However she still says he sits with her at night along with my sons.....and if he does or doesnt it brings her comfort and thats all that matters.

MiniSoksMakeHardWork · 18/06/2014 21:26

Bleurgh! Vomit (early hours) and tantrums from J. Both in spectacular style.
