I had no idea that I was living on a knife edge of extreme activities day to day.
I wonder if she has thought about who her audience is (it wouldn’t take long to count them). It’s pretty patronising to think any of her audience need this suggested to them or will see these things as extreme actions. In her head everyone who follows her is more terrified of life than she is and less able to cope than she is. She has concocted an audience in her head to shore up her own shaky sense of self.
All she is showing here is what is beyond HER. When did spending an entire day offline with only your own thoughts become an extreme sport? Some of us spent the first 30 something years of our life offline (and I now realise it was, in many ways, bliss). Years in FLP has warped her sense of reality.
