@Wintersgirl Yawn is charging £131 for a pack of 42(?) recipes?? The same pack of 42 high protein recipes is £11.63 on that website mentioned by @MrsDilligaf

She was heavily featured in all the 666 method stuff - will people not wonder where she has disappeared to all of a sudden?
It would appear she's got background in fitness and does classes in the local area. Obviously there's a lot more to it but I can't imagine titting around with Yawn in your living room gives you much credibility when you are trying to attract clients to pay for exercise classes!

@Spongebobette yes, you’re right, bottom left of the Super Green Smoothie post on insta there is a copyright mark. She needs to tell all the other coaches and PTs about her copyright seen as they have put their logos on exactly the same recipes many of which are easily found with a quick AI search of her image.

I don't think you can - if you can't prove you created it then you have no rights. There are tons of recipes online you can pick up that are royalty-free, but they all say that they can't be reproduced for profit, which is exactly what's happening here.

I don't think she can copyright these,the wording on the purchase page states "all designed inside Canva, making it incredibly easy to customize, rebrand, and deliver to clients" She doesn't own the rights to this offering at all you can just edit it to suit your business. I'm suprised her 'legal team' haven't been on it. twats the lot of them. Techie's a fool she is risking her business and good name I hope she can stand up to Yawn and cancel her ties too before it drags her down.

Yes I had a look at the fitness persons Facebook, quite clearly she does this professionally or at least semi professionally - larking about in someone’s lounge for very little financial benefit comes under the heading ‘seemed like a good idea at the time’ problem is they are all as hard nosed as each other under all the war paint and ‘aren’t we nice’ - so the minute it isn’t working they will be ‘I’m out ‘ and off your Xmas card lists!! It’s not genuine friendship I feel

As for the ©️, I think since Yawn and Technie made the hopelessly optimistic move of trademarking BuildAGrift she has decided that if she puts ©️™️ or ®️ on everything then whatever she has copied can’t be copied by others. Yet another area she has now heard of since her emergence from the twilight world of FLP and thinks she knows what she is doing. I’m waiting for BuildHerPatent®️™️©️ a fabulous new service where you bring your non-starter business delusions ideas/products to Yawn and she nicks the bits she likes and trademarks them as her own using every penny Techie has made. The trademarked/copyrighted brands/ideas/products then gather dust in a file marked ®️ridiculous ©️ons.

Get a fucking job Yawn, she's had years of dicking about pretending to be a serious business woman and earnt fuck all, instead she should be helping out the household finances, it must be a strain on Mr Y to pay for everything. Sainsbury's pay £13.23 an hour, (I think it rises even more if your shift goes past midnight) 16 hours a week at Sainsburys would bring in £846.72 pm, she's not even close to earning that amount right now, to me it's a no brainer

The main issue with Yawn getting a job is her ego - and to be fair this goes for all of our favourite bots too. They have spent years curating their social media lives, built on lies, and having to join the 9-5 grind just shatters this illusion!
