Soft focus Bot is a menace. I doubt she has been able to replicate the FM grift despite what she says. I’d love to know the state of her finances. Good you’re reporting it @dickiedavisthunderthighsShe was one of the key bots the ASA examined when they upheld a complaint about FM a few years ago and I think was the bot who was the “one rogue distributor who broke FM’s rules” as stated in FM’s defence. I always think it is a good thing if these scammers come up again. It’s why I’m hoping someone will report Apprentice about for her income claims just to reinforce how much damage she continues to do. Softfocus bot also continues to rinse people, just not as many as she did. The intent is still there though. I’d love to see her have the book thrown at her and at her pyramid scheme.

Well. Out of the whole of the UK, Ireland and Iceland there are only ELEVEN global rally qualifiers. Of those, only four have qualified for Chairman's Bonus. Uber is Level 1 which is surely sad yoga mat territory.

Yawn’s sharing of her inbox showing notifications of new orders for BuildaBear is also unprofessional. If her business was viable she wouldn’t need to pretend there is lots of interest, she would just focus on proper information about what she can do and has already done. What about some anonymised case studies of people she has coached? Or whatever people who actually do proper coaching would demonstrate?

Anyway that photo could have been taken at any time, including during the brief hours when interest peaked or it could be completely fictitious. Alongside the Trio of Right Charlies photo it all manages to look very amateur.

It rather implies the senior bots know that someone went for the Borings/shopped them/ripped them off and that they have some enemies rather than having got into trouble with an official body such as HMRC (though that may still be on the horizon 😁). I think Mrs Boring’s post was a vague sympathy gathering post designed to draw a line under their absence and bat off questions. That senior bot couldn’t resist implying she knew what the absence was all about. I expected Mrs Boring to delete that comment as it raises questions (to me anyway!).

I've risked my burner to message EXAHT (I have already reported to Tina and ASA) and received acknowledgement. I was going to ask FL Compliance but I didn't want the evidence to disappear before ASA and TINA were onboard. I will feedback her response.

Yes when I commented on the FL FBO Page (which I got booted from) my comment was deleted. Bunch of thickos though the Admins on that page, delete and block but didn't get her to delete her false claims of 30K per month, on her FB, Insta and Tiktok, so I wasn't going to let this drop, especially when it's such a pack of lies as demonstrated by the leaderboards in which she received nil points. There she was on stage exploiting her little girl and her husband clapping like a demented seal, she very much deserves to be dobbed in for the charlatan she is.

Yes, she absolutely deserves attention she doesn’t like for her lies and it’s interesting (but unsurprising) that the priority at HQ is to delete your comment not her lies. We know that since the TiNA report FLP has published a compliance letter and ticked off a few bots but what FLP has mainly done is try and hide by creating another closed group and doing all their lying to their captive audience out of sight. Lies and endorsement of bot income claims won’t magically be OK because they’re in a closed group though. And as EXAHT has shared her lies publicly I think it matters that when you question those lies the response from FLP UK was to shut you down. Nothing has changed at FLP and I’m sure TiNA knows that.

It would be great if we had a consumer organisation in the UK that MLM really feared or better still a sledgehammer that puts pyramid schemes hiding behind products out of business.

Yes I too wish there was an organisation that governed MLM's , whilst I don't think the DSA would give a toss they do list a consumer complaints process, but i think I'll stick with DSA and Tina if we are going to get anywhere with this example.

I am not really on top of the CB cheques. At level one does that cap the maximum Uber is likely to receive and if so what is its upper limit likely to be? I suppose now they hide them and have done for a few years it’s impossible to say? Five figures?

well that God Business is very odd, it's very hard to envisage that she has been born again. Maybe she's trying to tap into another area of marketing (like Yawn's sign language, Spanish lessons or the poorly preacher man) either that or she's trying to encroach like Bloodsucker in the African Market who seem a godfearing bunch. Wow, a suggested bot came up in my timeline, she was using 22 prescribed meds and spending £200 a month on prescriptions ( a NHS PPC would have cost her £114.50 per annum) so if it's true I'm sure she would have been made aware of it, so she's either thick or a liar, lets go with both.

She mentions the odd supplement in her ramblings but if you dig down she refers to mitochondrial bio-hacking protocol which of course is Zinzino, same as Salon. Clue for first name is nickname for Abigail, so first 2 letters and then add on another bie, second name is the county where Land' End is just remove the W. I'm going to report for health claims this afternoon so there is time for everyone to have a look and report as well should they choose to do so.
