Hello,
Today I've noticed that a payment has been made to Cash.Complete Save from my bank account. I didn't sign up for this and didn't share my bank details with this company. I've asked my bank to look into it and have emailed the company asking for a refund.
Has anyone else experienced this with this company? Apparently they do cash back offers?

they are a company that advertise after you have made a purchase. I notice them a lot when I am booking train tickets. A message to will pop up after saying that you could save money on this transaction by signing up to their services.

you get a month free and then they charge a monthly subscription.

Thank you for that. However I have no recollection signing up for it. Hoping it can be cancelled.

Argos (see https://help.argos.co.uk/help/argos-card/whats-the-complete-savings-programme/72466 ) and others have it as an offer when you buy something.

You can cancel membership by contacting Complete Savings.

There's been other threads on here about them. I've seen the pop ups when shopping. Think moonpig might be another website or comes up on

Thanks everyone.
I've emailed their customer service asking for a refund and my bank has blocked them from taking any more money.
