I think her builder-knight-in-shining-armour has taken her to the cleaners. Despite the failing fortunes of FLP she's made a lot of money and seems a lot savvier than her counterparts. Not savvy enough to have a prenup though.

Bad News: Homeschool has announced 'I'm back!'. One to watch again for as long as her latest scam works. I wonder if she will go back into a traditional MLM or whether she is now aiming for the luxury car type scam she did last year (briefly).

I also wonder if she has emerged victorious from some kind of battle with the former Mr Homeschool that has meant he's either slunk away somewhere or got a proper job.

Yawnsville was saturated by FL back in 2014-2016. I think Uber was one of the driving forces. I doubt business will pick up now she’s back. A lot of people lost money back in the hay days. A few parents at DS’s private primary school were caught out and had to move to state as a result. Yawnsville has been well rinsed.

I see Uber's house has finally sold after a reduction. I had wondered if she was having to rent it out. She must have got significantly less for it than she set out to get last year. I am sure the ex wants a significant chunk for the work he did there and the value he added (and in that over-specified house by the sea) which appears to be extensive. It's not just a case of a short marriage and leave with the assets you brought is it?

She will need to muddy the waters if she is obviously downsizing as that is not the message FLP wants her to send right now! I predict a 'I wanted a more simple life' rhetoric. I guess Yawnsville is a slightly cheaper area than Ubersville so that might help.

I've seen a few posts and it doesn't look like she's trying to hide that this isn't what she wanted, and is down to the divorce. The new house is clearly a lot smaller than the previous one, but it does look nice.
