Yep that website mentioned by @BSintolerant is eye opening regarding Fierce. Some individuals say they've lost thousands of pounds. She's clearly very aggressive when people try to back out or get a refund, insisting the individual is a business so consumer rights don't apply.

The contract she and Castle handed out to new students of Scamversity was an absolute joke, lots of illogical cut and paste of aggressive sounding paragraphs she probably found in Google, interspersed with her semi-literate input. It's a shame her intimidation seems to work. I'd love her to pick on the wrong person who can see her contract for the joke it is and her coaching for the scam it is and go for her jugular. The woman's a menace.

Yes there was a big accident on the M5 (which you can probably hear from the thatch as its very near) but you don't go on the motorway to Tesco from her gaff.

I agree. I was in Yawnsville at the time of the accident and there were no hold ups. It happened around 3.30 and the police did close 2 lanes but it wasn’t particularly busy because of school holidays. She may have been stuck around that time but would have been home well before 5. She goes to a town off junction 8 for her hair but from her house it’s probably quicker on the A road.
What shocks me is her total lack of empathy for the motorcyclist who was critically injured.

I actually thought she was going to say the positive was that she was ok and her family were ok, and she was pleased those involved were going to be ok, especially after she had been in the worstest ever car accident in the history of car accidents as a teenager.
