She and her ‘leaders’ are still managing to hook a few new recruits in which is awful

Spongebobette · 11/07/2024 12:01

on my local WhatsApp group - an Avon rep

of course she has ‘lots of stock’ 🙄

I order anytime they take about 3 to 4 days. I've got lots of stock in so I've probably got what you want. I can drop you a book off if you prefer or you can WhatsApp me your order

YouOKHun · 11/07/2024 16:22

I've given inaccurate information here! I've been looking at £22 Bot's FB feed where she seems to be peddling hard and has been sharing how FLP gives her time freedom and financial stability for her children's future (and if you want that too then sign up). So I thought I'd see if her fortunes had turned around, because that's certainly the impression she is giving.

From the latest accounts in May it seems there has been a slight decline and she should now be called £20 Bot. So why does FLP continue to wheel her out as a success and as someone who can train the downlines to also have 'financial freedom'? It's almost as if FLP endorses lying to their "preferred customers".

Which bot is that, I have forgotten

and what did she spend the £2 on? I think we should be told

YouOKHun · 11/07/2024 17:36

@spongebobette She's the one who has the same first name as the singer whose last name is Ross. Her last name is the word for the leaves of paper in a book.

Talking of books, not only have we Nurse's book to look forward to but Fierce is also working on a book (to be found in the crime fiction section of any second rate book shop).

Contraryjane · 11/07/2024 18:48

So Scotbot said there were 182 on the training. Yawn said “over 200”. 🙄🙄

Spongebobette · 11/07/2024 18:53

She can’t help herself can she

YouOKHun · 11/07/2024 18:57

@Contraryjane there's no evidence there was more than a handful is there? She only has about 20 likes and five comments about it which doesn't feel like the kind of feedback you might expect if 219 people had watched your training and taken anything from it. If she had evidence of a large audience we'd be seeing it, instead we will have to take her word for it about the 219 (or the 182 figure from Scotbot who struggles with the truth as well).

So, 219/182 people watched her live and only 20 'likes' Hmm. If I was her, I'd be worried.

@Spongebobette my local Superdrug sells Avon. I popped in yesterday to try the perfumes. I bought Little Black Dress for a very reasonable £10 (£2 off).

YouOKHun · 11/07/2024 20:03

@ItWasnaMeGuv when Superdrug announced it was going to stock Avon in some branches and online it was the first the Avon bots knew! That should have shown them how little regard Avon has for them. Some of the uplines were trying to say it was a good thing but I couldn't see how it could possibly be good news for them.

I don't think Superdrug stocks the whole range but who is going to faff about with a catalogue or have to form a relationship with the local Avon person online or offline who then pesters when you could just go online at Superdrug or into a store and buy it?

How are the Avon bots ever going to shift all that product tucked away in some corner of FB marketplace when Superdrug has no doubt negotiated mutually beneficial deal that means they make a profit selling new product at a price less than Janet needs to get for her battered bottles of Skin-so-Soft. No wonder many Avon sellers are going over to the Scandinavian Avon that is Oriflame (where they will get rinsed all over again).

But no, apparently, it's "amazing" for the Avon sellers!

Have to say it’s making me chuckle that Yawn keeps referencing her great new adventure but still no one gives enough of a shit to have even bothered asking what it is! 😂

PieonaBarm · 11/07/2024 20:46

Yawn, the ultra serious top ceo business babe is "writing up my notes from the intuitive divine reading I had yesterday focusing on my new journey of fulfilment, happiness & success"

It's just word salad woo. She's heading into the realms of the bollocks Castle spouts and will be harping on about white feathers before July is out. As my Dad would say, something's afoot, and it's more than 12 inches.....

Spongebobette · 11/07/2024 21:00

‘New journey’??

Spongebobette · 11/07/2024 21:05

Sad that Yawn’s ex BFF is suffering from a skin condition but hasn’t she been flogging supplements and aloe and collagen and claiming they cure everything?

ticktock19 · 12/07/2024 09:21

I had the condition that she's suffering from for a number of years otherwise known as Mast Cell Activation Syndrome. Potential antihistamines and leukatrine inhibitors are your best friends as is minimising all supplements and stress whilst your body / immune system calms down. I'll stay on the meds for life but haven't had a nasty reaction for 15 yrs now

ticktock19 · 12/07/2024 09:22

Potent not potential 🙄

YouOKHun · 12/07/2024 10:00

@ticktock19 Are you saying you didn't marinate yourself in Aloe Vera as a cure?!

15 years is a long time to be dealing with something. Not fun having skin problems is it? I have a very small window on it as I've had dermatitis for the last 18 months and it's impossible to shift, just as you think you've got it nailed it reappears. Obviously what I put up with is nothing compared to what other people deal with but I can see it's going to be around for a long time.

I hope that exBFF recovers and when she does she doesn't create a false narrative around Aloe Vera and collagen supplements being the "game changer" in her recovery.

So Yawn’s off to Manchester. I thought that her weekend always started on a Thurs evening. I suppose she had been “dicking” around this week jogging round Yawnsville wearing that ridiculous water bottle thing. She is also trying to do placement adverts for her new trousers 🤮, in her signature animal print. Probably in the hope she gets some freebies.

The frustration must be growing, with no interaction or engagement ( probably intentional ) her new project is already falling at the first fence. Maybe head office has sent out a memo and the bots have been warned.

I find the whole manifestation movement hysterical. The image of all those women trying to think themselves rich, beautiful and successful always brings up the image of someone sat on the loo straining due to constipation.

Success is always the result of hard work and good business decisions with a smidge of being in the right place at the right time. MLM is not a good business decision.

Angrymum22 · 12/07/2024 13:22

I wonder if exbff has considered allergy to Aloe as the cause of her rash. I have a latex allergy and one of the related plants is aloe and bananas. I cannot use any products with aloe in because it causes dermatitis type reaction. If I eat bananas I suffer with gastro pain. I have to avoid any latex products due to skin reaction. You can develop an allergy to anything even if you have being using it for years. I wonder whether they have looked at aloe as a cause for her skin condition.

BSintolerant · 12/07/2024 13:31

Yawn’s off to Manchester? Has she joined The Institute? 😉

(That’s a reference to the cult storyline in Coronation Street, in case you think I’m being cryptic.)

Twentytwentyhindsight · 12/07/2024 14:02

Regarding BFF, overexposure to potential allergens can, over time, lead to sensitisation and a full blown allergy developing (it's kind of the opposite of building up an immunity). If I were her, I'd seriously reconsider ever using any of the FLP products she's been ingesting/slathering herself with over the years, especially any containing aloe.

lol...no, aloe Vera was of no use to me nor would I have ever thought about it. Old school lidocaine lotion and calamine lotion were the best and modern day drugs. I saw an amazing immunologist at Salford Royal who prescribed me the necessary drugs and within a week it was gone. I've always been asthma / hay fever itchy / wheezy but the chronic urticaria was miserable. I gradually learnt my specific triggers too and avoid them now as well.
Hope you can gradually get your dermatitis managed too

Yup my complete overload resulting in the urticaria and angiodema came from me living in a very damp / mouldy house...i only lived there for 6 months but it obviously overloaded my system and then took years to calm down. My body could cope with dealing with a number of low level allergies but the mould / damp just sent everything haywire

And Mr Yawn is driving her. I can't work out whether he's utterly stupid or mega downtrodden or both.

I have also noticed that on the FL FBO page they're getting FBOs to buy tickets for the Global Rally in Paris next year so that they can have 500 UK attendees. Qualification for free attendance doesn't end until December so they must already know that 99% of their FBOs don't stand a chance at qualification.

There’s a cult storyline in Coronation St? That’s good!
