The only residential address showing for Yawn and Mr Yawn (other than that of their accountants) on companies house seems to be a lot of one named after the remains of Dino bones, starting with F. Curious as that one is shown to have been previously purchased in 2004. Also looks very different to thatch. Though her FB posts suggest they bought thatch in around 2016?! Hmm…

How's Yawn going to fund this animal sanctuary. I imagine they are inordinately expensive things to run as if it's a sanctuary then there's no rehoming fees, which let's be honest don't cover the cost of the care of the animals anyway.

Let's think of a dog coming in. Now in general people don't give up perfectly healthy animals with no issues to a sanctuary, there's usually something even if it's just old age (which for my dog was when he started costing more per month than I paid for him (£350h in meds alone). Food, probably needs a bath so grooming costs, vet check up and injections as they will have to do them for every dog/animal as they won't know if they've had them, any other vet treatment needed/ongoing, dental, kennelling, cleaning, insurance, behavioural assessments, licensing from the council, staff to care for them, NI, tax, pension of the employees, It's a lot of money, and a lot work, neither of which Yawn has in her.

@SunflowerVibes yes that address has always been listed on CH and I don’t think it’s somewhere they used to rent or anything like that. I did wonder if it belongs to a family member or something. If I was the current owner and unconnected with the Yawns I wouldn’t be very happy with my address appearing to be connected in any way with some random shaky business.

Yawn has mentioned she has booked a trip to Cannes (next weekend girls). I thought, that is the first holiday I've known her have (since this thread started back in 2016) as she usually only goes to FL work-related events (not holidays). Than later I learned it IS a FL event. Such a shame. It is so soul-destroying watching her lie and scheme ALL THE TIME with no let-up. How does she do it?

Back in the days of big bonus cheques ( mainly for the likes of Castle , Uber and to a lesser extent Yawn) the company encouraged the bots to “fake it until you make it”. This involved a lot of social media manipulation, but a popular one was to rent out your average home and rent some big aspirational pad in the country for yourself, claiming to have found your forever home etc,etc. Yawns address was a rental they lived in for a couple of years, not far from where she lives now. Not sure why she hasn’t updated her address. Maybe an oversight but HMRC will have her real address whether she likes it or not.
Castle rented “ a castle” hence her nickname, Yawn and her ex bf rented similar nondescript houses with a big garden. 2jags seems to have avoided the ruse by concentrating on luxury holidays .

Uber married a builder and did up a house. One of the old bots, Welshbot, who has quietly disappeared, did the same with a barn conversion.

Last year she was showcasing a new recruit who she said already had a successful medical business (the woman’s DH had a fledgling consultancy business that definitely didn’t need FLP leaching off it). Three weeks after Cannes the recruit in question stopped mentioning FLP and has never mentioned it again. Hopefully this means she and/or her DH smelled a rat and quit before too much damage was done. Perhaps FLP isn’t feeling so generous this time so Yawn will travel alone (actually I don’t think she will risk that after the India flight debacle).

@Angrymum22 Ah! I didn’t recognise that as the rental house from a few years ago. I’m sure there is a good reason why she doesn’t want to share the current address but really she shouldn’t be showing an incorrect correspondence address at CH. I wouldn’t be happy with someone else’s business being connected to my property if I was her ex-landlord.

Yawn's been talking about 'whisking mr Yawn away' to Cannes since lat year's edition, so looks like he'll be the +1 (second prize would have been two such trips).

I've been on these threads since the beginning (under various names) and the only one I can think of was a few years ago when they went to Spain for, literally, a long weekend. It wasn't even a full week.

I don't even recall any UK holidays.

There have been times when anyone else would have combined a "business" trip to launch some poor saps business in Devon or wherever with staying a few nights ...but no, Yawn is there and back in a day, suggesting she can't even afford a Travelodge somewhere.

No, Yawn and husband did rent that it years ago, I remember her doing lives from that house. I think it was rented from about 2014-2016 until they bought the Thatch.

@PieonaBarm agree, an animal sanctuary/rescue is a huge money pit and a funding or fundraising headache. She has no idea. I think it’s a cover story though - she’s got to start talking about all the other things she wants to do so when FLP finally dies or she just can’t justify it any more it looks like she is riding off into the sunset to follow her dreams all thanks to FLP. She has definitely worked the simple life/Spanish villa/dog sanctuary/countryside good life into the mix lately. Of course if there is something to show off about she’s right there waving it in her teamies’ faces but generally she’s having to rinse what she can out of her straightened circumstances. Her ego is too big to just stop doing FLP and allow people to realise it’s failed for her, so she’s got to construct some sort of exit strategy that she thinks makes her look good and can be put down to her success and looks like choice. Her problem is that there is nothing else she is qualified to do and nothing that would give her the ego boost she seems to really need.

@Wintersgirl actually the poster has said ‘you could even start something on PART of your own land’. So they have possibly fallen for the idea she has acres! She hasn’t responded but I imagine if she does she will say ‘I’m enjoying the generosity and international travel with FLP too much at the moment’ or similar rubbish.

Jodie Marsh / Fripps Farm is an excellent display of how these grand Disney like fantasies of animal rescuing descends into a nightmare of unruly animals / too many requests/ being unable to say no / your home and land being destroyed/ unhappy neighbours and having to desperately beg your supporters for 'fiver Fridays' or 'sound for a pound' days.
I foster for a very small rescue and it's grim at the moment, so many requests and then people turning very very angry/ nasty when we say we have no space or money. We've just had a request to pay vet fees otherwise someone will put their pet down and tell everyone we don't help. If Yawn can't cope with rearranging a flight then the emotional grief you get daily in animal rescue will break her quickly

Last time I was at the local rescue place I got talking to the ladies who run it. They, and those like them, see the worst side of humanity on a daily basis. I don't think Yawn has the resilience for that.
