It rinses you of your money, time and friends for the dream of wealth, which never happens. Why? The business model ensures that only those at the very top of the 'pyramid' stand a chance of wealth, all the rest of us just "pay to play". The dream is a nightmare. Tell your stores here.

@judgementfail except for some sneaky deletion of the very sharp (and accurate) comment on his FB and insta.

From reading some of the posts he made on and after Christmas (some now also deleted), I get the sense he was given a hard time by his parents about what he is doing with his life. He’s an ex-public schoolboy whose family home has “gardens open to the public” and I suspect from the moment he entered FLP he’s been living very far from their genteel world (all assumptions on my part of course!).

OK, this may be spoiled by lack of talent as a raconteuse and you’ve got to picture Peter Sellers at his funniest with his absolutely brilliant comic timing and Spike with his sense of the ridiculous. This tale was told to me by Peter Sellers’ first wife Anne who was the person I knew much better than SM (I never met Peter Sellers). It might well be a well told tale by now.

Spike Milligan and Peter Sellers were very good friends and at this time lived fairly close to each other in north London, their friendship fuelled by endless practical jokes against each other with the sole purpose of making each other laugh whatever it took, even if the planning of one of the jokes took days to set up for a moment of laughter, each never knowing what the other was about to dish up. No chance for a bit of silliness was missed.

Peter Sellers had hit upon an idea and spent the evening tittering to himself. Anne went off to bed and at about midnight she heard Peter Sellers go downstairs. She looked out of the window and in the dark made out the figure of Peter getting into a black cab. There was some sort of commotion in the cab and some sort of heated conversation with the cabbie or raised voices and then much laughter. She took herself off to bed.

Meanwhile across Hampstead, a mere 20 minute cab ride away, Spike Milligan had gone to bed and was nodding off when there was a sudden and urgent ring on the doorbell. Startled he rushed downstairs and opened the door to see Peter Sellers dressed in black high polished Oxford shoes, black calf length socks with sock suspender belts, a bowler hat and an old fashioned cane handled black umbrella over his arm. Other than that he was stark bollock naked. As Spike took in this vision on his doorstep Peter Sellers said in his best upper class voice,

“I say Old Chap, do you happen to know the name of a good tailor around here?”.

He confessed he had planned to pull the same stunt in the middle of the afternoon in broad daylight but the cabbie had refused to take him and the walk to the tube station was too far in uncomfortable shoes (and no clothes).

we need more silliness in our lives imo

@Contraryjane either they’ve fallen out or he’s got so much nerve pain from having his teeth filed down into tiny stubs for what are effectively crowns rather than veneers, that he’s not able to appear on SM at all. Let’s hope he’s disappeared because he’s settled down and become a model citizen rather than because of the Turkey teeth or the other possibility; a prison sentence.

As the deliciousness of this year's Global Rally approaches, I thought I'd have a little look to see how the UK qualification numbers compare to the heydey of 2016. Thankfully I didn't have to look very hard as there are a pile of 'Forever Matters' magazines online for all to see.

@Wintersgirl yep, the lines on the floor are all blurred around her left leg and there is a jagged line down the side of her left leg which can’t be put down to Nora Batty wrinkling of the leggings as it’s not the same on the other side. I’m really crap at spotting editing but even I can see those. If you’re going to bend the truth get much better at it Yawn.

@judgementfail oh really? I don’t know how I missed it! He’s has definitely done a bit of editing since Christmas but perhaps that was before that comment was left. It looks like he hasn’t been near his SM. I hope he’s decided to get on with real life but on past form it will be some sort of financial upheaval that means he’s got to lie low.

Just watched Nurse's stories...seriously?!

According to her, she's had loads of people asking if she still does it, it's another income for her and best of all - she has a team under her!

I think the only thing she said that wasn't complete crap was she had a "couple of customers" who buy from her! Although if one is her mum, not sure that really counts! 🤣

I think she has some real friends these days since she moved, which is great as I got the impression she was relying on FL for her ‘friendships’ where she lived before
I just hope she doesn’t try to recruit any of these new friends as that won’t end well

@Spongebobette I agree. It definitely seems like that is the case and I reckon a few will be the parents of her sons friends at school. Just hope for both their sakes, she isn't gonna turn into that mlm parent in the playground that everyone tries to avoid!

I had a face palm moment as soon as I heard her mention FL 🙄

BTW why is Yawn looking for an alternative to boarding kennels seeing as Mr Yawn isn't going to India with her and they never go on holiday?? If they were to go, then both the kids are at home ....and didn't the son and his GF set up a pet walking/sitting business that probably lasted 5 minutes ?
