Yawn posted the other day what she has planned for her itinerary. She's not staying overnight, Mr Yawn appears to be on chauffeur duty.

She did a 26 mile bike ride on her spinning bike yesterday, for endurance training.....

It's her feet that need to get 26 miles in not her arse 🤣🤣

I've walked a marathon before (London virtual 2021) which I did along a very flat tarmac cycle/walking path. Took 7.5 hours. My feet were ok but a couple of my companions enddd up with blisters due to their feet getting soaked and trainers not fitting perfectly.

Would do a lot more training for a trail marathon.

So in preparation for her "big launch", Nurse has spent today recording a couple of videos for the FB group then her daily meditation/affirmation session followed by reading a book about life coaching in Costa. Who knew running a business was so easy!
Have to wonder where she's expecting to get her clients from? Her FB group hasn't even reached 100 people yet and her Insta following isn't high either.

I have had 3 zoom calls with clients, hour with my accounant and an hour of CPD workshops.

Just about to jump on an evening Zoom call for another client.

Then a few hours admin, and not touched my to do list!

I need some of her Self Employed mindset!

Castle is a piece of work. How utterly vile to charge people for shit training to open a amazon shop that literally earns you no money. One person even said you earn hardly anything. She is tapping into any old con to get people to sign up to that stupid unicrap she's got going. WAKE UP PEOPLE. SHES A CON ARTIST.

Angrymum22 · 03/07/2023 17:05

I would love to be a fly on the wall when she arrives home after 8-9hrs of walking followed by 6 hours folded up in the car.

They are visiting a beautiful area of the country why not have a couple of days b&b to enjoy the area.

Howsimplywonderful · 03/07/2023 17:07

Is Castles scamversity on its last legs yet. The doors have closed again while she squeezes a few more direct debits out of people.

Yes, she is awful and it’s amazing how many people can’t see straight through her. I noticed someone saying, “is it £39 for the year or every month?”. I thought that was quite funny as it was clearly debatable whether it was worth paying even a one off amount and actually, lately when Castle has talked about “£39” she has not been explicit in saying that she will be taking that from people every month. It makes me wonder if the people signing up now who are presumably pretty easily convinced actually understand that they will be waving goodbye to £39 every month. Also, if Fierce’s aggressive approach is still in place then they will have fun trying to get out of paying when they want to cancel.

£39 a month for utter generic trash, no value at all, yet alone £100k.

These poor mugs would get a better return buy 19 National Lottery Lucky dips each month!

Howsimplywonderful · 03/07/2023 17:45

Castle is far too lazy to follow up on people who quit.

...its quite telling that they can't even afford a couple of nights away in the UK.

It was the same when she drove to Devon/Cornwall (can't remember which) to visit one of her team. Beautiful part of the world but she drove there and back in the same day. Anyone else would make it into a mini-break.

Jeez I'm not rich but we still go for weekends away, book an Air Bnb for a weekend when we visit DD at uni and I'm currently about 2 miles along the coast from where Castle currently lives (haven't spotted her yet!)

YouOKHun · 03/07/2023 19:18

@Howsimplywonderful yes you are very probably right and her lack of focus and aversion to work is probably a good thing for those wishing to exit Scamversity. Bruv is also similarly lazy so I doubt he would follow up on the leavers. They both expect parents to pick up the tab anyway so don’t worry about failure too much.

BSintolerant · 03/07/2023 19:35

That’s very interesting @CanadianJohn - I’d be worried that “mostly flat” might conceal a small but deadly hilly bit where you least expect it. 😉

How much training would someone who’s never attempted a marathon (walking or otherwise) have to do to prepare for that? I

YouOKHun · 03/07/2023 22:32

Nurse is assuring her audience that her new coaching bizniz (no mention of therapy) is a closed group and “a safe place” to disclose anything/talk about anything. I don’t think she should be promising that about an online group of random people she doesn’t know. I won’t be repeating what others say there (as I’m just there to watch Nurse) but she has no idea who is in her groups and she hasn’t said anything about privacy, online safety, rules of engagement etc. There’s no website, no information at all. Of course, her audience may be minuscule and there’s a good chance they will just talk about woo. Let’s hope so.

Spongebobette · 03/07/2023 22:42

Interesting that she’s branding herself as a ‘mindset and law of attraction coach’ rather than a qualified therapist

my goodness she shouldn’t be encouraging people to share things in her group! Who knows what weirdos might be lurking there 😉

OP posts:
YouOKHun · 03/07/2023 22:51

@Spongebobette exactly, ANYONE could be listening in!

I expect that if she is focussing on the Mindset coaching stuff rather than therapy then it’s because she got zero engagement for the therapy stuff rather than because she has realised the therapy side of things is more risky. She is just focussed on the easiest route to the success she will never get. Absolutely no change in her approach from the moment she started FLP until now.

I don't know that that's the event, but previous posters have mentioned the date and the location.

Conventional wisdom is that for a marathon the participant should have walked/run 20 miles at least once in training. A half-marathon is easier, of course.

Apart from conditioning, the long training runs are to make sure your shoes and clothing are comfortable, and you know what works for you in terms of pre-race eating. If this event is indeed on a beach, then participants have to be careful of getting sand in their shoes. There are covers called 'sand gaiters' which are worn around the ankles to help keep sand out. I haven't run much on sand, but I gather it is very taxing.

A couple of grim jokes about marathons:
"When you've reached the 20 mile mark, you're half-way"
"A marathon is 90% mental; the other 90% is physical"

It's been 10 years since I broke my pelvis; I miss running. These days, I can barely walk.

Doesn't matter because it will be just her and her mum on the call.

PieonaBarm · 04/07/2023 06:48

Reality, when her last NHS pay and the holiday pay she no doubt got as she was off sick for a year, has gone, is only a matter of a few weeks away for Nurse. That's when we will see how journaling and manifesting is really going for her.

Let's be honest, if you have the cash in the current climate and you're gonna pay a life coach you'd look for one who is inspirational. Sorry Nurse, my life is far from perfect but you're not the inspiring kind!

HouseofHolbein · 04/07/2023 09:27

@CanadianJohn I live in north Devon and sometimes end up running or walking on sand. It's really hard work and sand gets everywhere 😭😭 it's also quite hard on the legs.

meatbaseddessert · 04/07/2023 10:09

@PieonaBarm how is she living? I'm assuming a bit pay off from NHS but surely that's running out?
Previous role was only 12 hours so she must have had top up benefits but I'm guessing you don't get that if self employed?
Launch of the business video has had one like. From her mum.

PieonaBarm · 04/07/2023 10:31

@meatbaseddessert I would imagine she was on full pay (for whatever her contracted hours were) from the NHS until she resigned, then she will also have likely been paid 4-6 weeks of holiday too as she'd been off 12 months and it will have accrued in that time. I would guess there would also be some UC/WTC top up too with her being a single parent.

I think whatever her last pay was will likely run out very soon. And then things will get interesting. No job, she resigned, her UC will be affected due to change in income. It might go up, but not enough to cover her wage. She doesn't seem to spend loads - or she didn't prior to being off sick - but she's been a bit frivolous recently, Harry Potter, SpongeBob, eating out, Costa, clothes, business cards, popping to town and so on

YouOKHun · 04/07/2023 11:13

I do wonder if Nurse has had some other income source at some point (perhaps an inheritance or something). In her recent Q&A for the new bizniz she spoke about always getting what she wants and “failure” not being in her vocabulary. Her example of her success mindset was being determined to have a child and having three rounds of IVF to achieve this. Surely that was expensive?

I get the feeling she has had some financial flexibility as I can’t work out how she affords what she does, especially as she pours so much of it down the drain (FLP). I guess she has had a steady NHS income and I agree @PieonaBarm and @meatbaseddessert it’s going to be interesting to see how she manages now the NHS isn’t propping up her dreams.

Spongebobette · 04/07/2023 11:22

I’ve been wondering about all this too. I wonder what things will look like in a month

OP posts:
Spongebobette · 04/07/2023 11:24

My goodness though, the implication that those who aren’t successful with IVF just didn’t want it enough is incredibly hurtful
