Although in Nurse's case, a 'shopping spree' might mean getting a replacement doormat while she's buying the groceries.

Spongebobette · 22/06/2023 19:25

Castle goes through best friends the way I go through …

"Lightbulb moments", sure Nurse. On a 10 watt bulb maybe.

She’s kidding herself - she had a tea light candle moment.

Spongebobette · 22/06/2023 17:41

Nurse worked hard on her ‘business’ yesterday so today she’s taking the morning off to go on a ‘shopping spree’ and tomorrow is going out with her mum

she’s truly learned how to run a business Castle style

Her Mum was her only FL customer - right? So it's probably a "business expense" 🙄

NormalForNuneaton · 22/06/2023 21:20

Great to see this post by the moderators on a town "noticeboard" Facebook page local to Yawn....

The admin team have taken a decision today to remove all future MLM posts. Whilst this might not sit well with everyone we deem that generally speaking these schemes are not in the best interests of our members and as such a blanket ban is the simplest answer. Good luck to anyone trying to make a living this way but the noticeboard is no longer open for business of this type. Thanks.

(it's attracting lots of likes very quickly so I'm not sure if I've missed something kicking off on there!)

Spongebobette · 22/06/2023 21:29

That’s great - hope lots of groups do the same!

So castle seniors business isn’t going as well as we thought? What will castle do! My heart bleeds.

NormalForNuneaton · 23/06/2023 07:22

Castle's DH seems to be missing on a lot of her recent Insta stories, I wonder where he's working now whilst she swans around with her latest beasties and concentrates on herself and self-care?

fromdownwest · 23/06/2023 10:46

Why does Castle write like a 12 year old girl. Tragic

I was never sure that this girl would like silly old me, she was so beautiful, and walked in and I was shocked by how amazing she looked.

But guess what, she did like me, we are now bestest friends.

I will give her a month, then off her stories

Spongebobette · 23/06/2023 12:40

I, too, choose my friends on the basis of how beautiful they are

Yawn is getting ready for a celebration weekend. Apparently it's going to be better than Glastonbury because they're having a silent disco tomorrow night. Woohoo.

YouOKHun · 23/06/2023 17:11

I’ve never seen Yawn and Mr Yawn in a non FLP social context and unless they’ve managed to keep their sparkling social life off social media then they don’t seem to have enough friends to fit into a Glastonbury portaloo let alone recreate a gathering on the same scale or energy. No doubt we will get the artfully edited photos using the same duplication of victims method she uses on her lives, to give the impression the Yawns weren’t home alone.

HouseofHolbein · 23/06/2023 17:13

Ah no it's a forever lying event with a festival vibe. Tonight they are out for a meal at a secret venue then tomorrow night it's silent disco.

YouOKHun · 23/06/2023 17:14

Yawn says she is being featured in Vogue Woman magazine about her weight loss. Are the FLP lies about to appear in print? I am going to look out for a copy on the Libby app (online local libraries - well worth signing up).

Spongebobette · 23/06/2023 17:41

Omg it will be an ad for FL disguised as a story about weight loss

OP posts:
kittykitty007 · 23/06/2023 18:48

I think yawn looks like the actress Claire sweeny, here! Eyebrows are less dominant!

BSintolerant · 23/06/2023 20:35

I wonder if Yawn will take her bot potty to the festival? 😉

Yawn’s feature in Woman magazine will either be an advertorial that she or FL has coughed up for, or something along the lines of articles you see in Chat magazine which pay people a couple of hundred quid for an inspirational weight loss success story, or an “Aliens abducted my gastric sleeve and stole my Ozempic!” exclusive. Either way, it’ll be booooolsheeeeet.

YouOKHun · 23/06/2023 22:24

@kittykitty007 that IS Claire Sweeny hence the likeness! Yawn’s advertorial is featured among the slightly depressing articles about the calories in everything.

YouOKHun · 23/06/2023 22:45

@BSintolerant Aliens abduction: the fuckers took her moral compass too!

In other news Nurse has put up a video explaining what CBT is. Only she hasn’t got it right. In fact she describes a completely different cognitive therapy (REBT) and has clearly misunderstood it anyway (I have a cognitive therapy MSc so I am fairly well versed in what she is talking about). Her “CBT in a nutshell” describes almost nothing of the approach and what she does describe she gets wrong too (or at least only half right in places). If she takes the approach she describes then she will be wasting people’s time at best. I’d like to celebrate her not doing MLM but I can’t as she’s not operating honestly regarding her training and skills.

As luck would have it this misinformation is not reaching anyone as this and two other CBT posts have had zero likes or comments (or certainly didn’t have any engagement 2 days after being posted). There is marginally more engagement in the woo manifesting but not enough to call anything “a business” that will enable her to extend her sabbatical well into its second year.

Don’t get ahead of yourself and print too many pastel coloured business cards Nurse!

spanfan · 23/06/2023 23:12

Realism check: CastleExBFFs new BFF is in hospital.

Thankfully it sounds like she's OK but she's been hustling away. Whilst ill.

When I was in hospital I spent my time sleeping, recovering and watching shit telly. I was paid sick leave too. 😎👍.

Also... the hotel. They aren't showing the name... anyone recognise it??🤣

spanfan · 23/06/2023 23:19

Found it. Nothing special. 🤣

BSintolerant · 23/06/2023 23:48

Is it a Britannia Hotel near a lay-by?

meatbaseddessert · 24/06/2023 05:56

@YouOKHun my fav bits from the video

"I don't really like this type of therapy"

Way to promote your wares! Exactly like her FL promotional lives where she would visibly gag or say 'you get over the horrible flavour of the gel quite quickly'

"History of CBT. It's been around for a long time. 3 years ago we'd get loads of referrals for it..."

Err nurse it's been around for over 100 years not just as far back as you remember getting referrals for it!

BSintolerant · 24/06/2023 08:44

Takes me back to that episode of This Country. “It tastes like arse!” 🤮

Or as NotNurse would say: "I don't really like this type of therapy - it sounds like arse!”

YouOKHun · 24/06/2023 09:00

@meatbaseddessert I also liked “if you don’t recognise what I’ve explained it’s because you haven’t had CBT. It’s got to be done properly”. I thought, well I don’t recognise what you’re saying Nurse so what the hell have I been doing all these years as a CBT therapist?

Her history lesson was thin on the ground wasn’t it? I’m guessing she gave away how long she has actually been aware of it - not long at all and not quite the 21 years of experience she’s implying. CBT’s first form (REBT) dates from the 1950s and the CBT that’s more prevalent today dates from the early 60s, The N-CBT-W model (Nursey-led sort of CBT plus Woo) dates from a rainy Tuesday in 2019 when Nurse found a couple of forms in a drawer.
