£375, not far off FH. Pretty chuffed!

SH23B · 02/06/2023 17:52

£100 on 11k, won £75 last month so am delighted.

WhatHaveIFound · 02/06/2023 18:06

1 x £100 and 1 x £1000 for me this month.

Am really pleased with that!

I honestly don't know. I keep pinching myself.

My husband has spent some on a niggling issue we have on the house which we've been putting off because of the likely cost. Maybe 5 to 10k. I think we will do that as a "sensible " part of it.

I'm inclined to give our kids £1k each towards their house deposits which they are doing well at saving for.

My brother and sis in law are disabled/ill. Inclined to give them £1k each as they are on really limited budgets.

Then I can't leave out parents and other sister but we can give them say £500 each as a treat on their next holiday.

Then we will be left with circa 10k. Enough for a holiday, me thinks!

Wonderful news and a very appropriate name change Ohmylovejune. That sounds like the perfect way to spend your win - some on practical things, some helping others and some for a fantastic holiday.

I got £100 this month so am very excited about that!

Wrapunzel · 02/06/2023 19:25

Brilliant news june!
Nothing for me on c.£13k, only £25 this year. It's ok, it's the chance of winning that differentiates between PBs and savings accounts. Could get a guaranteed 3% or a not-guaranteed, PBs can be much higher or zero!

Blondeshavemorefun · 02/06/2023 21:53

Perfect spending. On something onv esenti for house. Helping family and a fab holiday

Not sure what I would do with £25k

Nice to treat self / prob pay off loan/cc

Or would I put back into pb as I don't have anywhere near full holdings (know you do)

And try a year of lots of pb

Blondes ponders

Never gonna happen to me but very happy for you @june

Ohmylovejune · 02/06/2023 08:32

Sit down folks.

Changed name for this.

Took a look at 12.30. 2 prizes...

1 x £50, then swiped...... 1 x £25,000

Woke my husband who thought I was ill!!!

Amazing and sounds like you have some lovely plans for it !!!

pinkfondu · 03/06/2023 09:57

£25 for me this week, makes £300 in tge last six months on less than £11k - not sure exactly how much I have now as I have my winnings go back in.

You're doing well, Pinkfondu - I've only won £200 in last 6 months on FH. In my experience, I'm more likely to win £0 than any other amount!

wendywoopywoo222 · 03/06/2023 11:23

Congrats to the big winners.
I won 100 this month and have won 1150 over the last six months on about 40k holdings so pleased with that.

longtompot · 03/06/2023 11:41

We only bought our PBs this year, dh has full holdings and I have just £10k. He has won every month, not huge amounts, so far and I haven't, but this month I actually won £100! He just won £25

Well done to @Ohmylovejune what a wonderful thing to see😊

blitzen · 03/06/2023 17:24

£100 for me this month! Woohoo!

Deedippy · 04/06/2023 09:49

So I think I have been crazily lucky. My late uncle passed away in October last year. He loved premium bonds and would talk about getting the email every month and the excitement of checking how much we had won so just before he died I put 10k in and my first draw was November and so far it's gone like this...

November - 2 x £25
Jan - £500
Mar - £50
May - £1000
June - 2 x £25

So that's £1650 on a £10k holding in 8 months. No bank account would offer that. But the best but is everytime I get that email I do think of my uncle and my whole family are convinced he's helping us out from beyond!

Eaumyword · 04/06/2023 13:05

That's super luck @Deedippy!👍

mrsbyers · 04/06/2023 13:11

£125 for me on full holding

Ohmylovejune · 04/06/2023 13:25

@Deedippy

Fab! Lovely when these things keep memories alive.

@Deedippy that's wonderful

CointreauVersial · 05/06/2023 13:52

Gosh, what I wouldn't give for a £25k win.....

I had my best ever month - won £150 on a £14k holding. But DH is currently out of work, so I will be starting to sell them off soon. 😞
