Yep, I smell a rat. IIRC NHS nurses in Bands 1-6 (she’s probably a 6) have to give 1 months notice and Bands 7-9 have to give 3 months’ notice. That’s certainly the case for the large hospital trust near Nurse’s home. Even the minimum statutory notice if employed more than two years is two weeks but she likely had her notice term in her contract of one month.

She says she hasn’t been at work for a while so I am sure she agreed to go at best but far more likely is they have had enough and she’s been shown the door. As she’s been in the job a long time she could get 7 weeks’ pay but she will burn through that quick if she’s back on the FLP bandwagon. While she is enjoying any dismissal pay then she should reflect on the benefits of a proper job. When she’s dumped by the next Yawn in her life the cushion won’t be there. She really is a fool. TBH I wonder what sort of calibre she was as a nurse as she is so easily led and so full of magical thinking that I can’t imagine she would be a safe pair of hands.

Good point re the Compromise Agreement @Twentytwentyhindsight (even if you weren't aiming the comment in my direction!). I can see her offering her brand of private therapy to someone known to her as an NHS patient and that kind of thing. Or selling FLP as a MH cure to someone known to her through her job. She’ll be too desperate to think through the implications.

I hope nurse is just sitting at home journaling and manifesting her best life as that will be cheaper than a back bedroom full of FLP collagen.

@Spongebobette I missed the holiday pay thing. The pay until the end of May could also be the 7 weeks that a long term employee gets when they’re got rid of but I guess “holiday pay” sounds better! I bet she’s been off sick for ages.

Enjoy it Nurse because come June you’re going to need to accelerate the manifesting. Ironic that she’s gleefully posting about the benefits of a J.O.B 🙄

She is beyond ridiculous now. Happily spending £££ a month for years to play act at having a business and friends. Tragic.

My cousin (formerly very sensible, not the sort to be drawn in to this nonsense yet has been plugging away for years with limited success) is now a Brand Manager and is whooping over how impressive that sounds. Well she reckons the job loss is her biggest manifestation yet. She's ridiculously proud of it.
She was going to do a live tonight to tell us all how she did it. Don't turn up to work for several months, slag them off on social media and then hand your notice in would do it I reckon but I suspect it involves sending virtual emails to the atmosphere.

She was unable to manifest the kid into bed on time so it's tomorrow now.

She's apparently also manifested a new 'job/training' already.... the addition of the '/training' and speed indicates to me it's probably some other MLM. Ah god.

I used to feel really sorry for nurse but I really don’t anymore. she just wants to get money without working at all and jumps from one “get rich quick” scam to the next. If she had any success in mlm she would not hesitate to rip people off and scam them to make money

I lost any level of empathy a while ago, so many people tried to tell her, but she blocked them.

She’s wringing every last drop out of her bereavement for sympathy and engagement

I had a bereavement last year and although my closest colleagues knew, I made sure that none of the interactions I had professionally with external partners were impacted. Because I work in a profession and my personal life is separate and there is a distinct line between the two

rather than exploiting every element of my life to garner sympathy and interest, I just do a good job and respect the boundaries

Annoying isn’t it @fromdownwest?! Castle’s obsession with being 'RAW' and 'REAL' on insta is, to my mind, an indication that she is now so low on material that she is down to capitalising different words from the same drivel and presenting her pretend inner world as content. She is having to milk family tragedy for all its worth and distract her followers from critically analysing whether she’s actually saying anything at all.

Luckily for her there are some people who can’t tell this particular arse from their elbow and will hang on to her every meme. They may be confused by Bruv switching from Times New Roman to Comic Sans and in the confusion not realise that Castle has no inner world and is in fact a charlatan hiding in a badly fitting bossbabe jacket. Some of them will still be paying her 🙁

Castle is using pity now to keep people in scamversity. It is all she has left.
