Yawns form when she lifts weights is so so wrong, bending over from the waist to lift heavy weights repeatedly won't do anything other than give her a bad back.

Yawn’s form is so awful. She really needs to stop before she gets others injured who follow what she does.
I really cringe at her clean and press-she has no idea what she is doing. I thought she used to do body pump when she could afford the gym.

I doubt there's much risk of that- surely people only watch those vids for entertainment purposes.

Just found Bruv on insta and fb. Well he's a grade A prick isn't he and why is castle in a weird squat on her insta? She looks a right pillock!! And don't get me started on yawns very strange weight lifting vids on her insta. She really should come with a safety warning.

Don’t worry about HMRC: they’ll be able to trace Yawn in the blink of an eye. I can’t help but wonder why she hasn’t updated her home address on Companies House.

Yawn’s exercise videos are comedy gold. She never lets good form, taste, or expertise get in her her way. She is us, without the fear of failure. 😉

We know you read these Yawn, so a few quick points

• Lower your weight, nail your form
• Straight back (always)
• Don't sway
• Deadlifts are a push not a pull, don't have a cat back. Push up through the floor.
• At your level Olympic moves are not ideal - sort out the overhead press first, and your squats - then move to Push Press
• Squat legs shoulder width apart, DO NOT LEAN FORWARD

hmm using his sister’s house I wonder - charge people to come for a few days so the house gets rented and then he goes round taking photos?

I see Yawn and her young apprentice have been spreading the poison word in a mother and baby group. She calls the products “mother and child health and well-being products”. There is no evidence that the aloe gloop will contribute anything to anyone’s health and some evidence that in adults drinking AV may be unwise and certainly in the quantities Yawn will want people to buy. For children, breast feeding and pregnant mothers it’s definitely not recommended and of course these are exactly the people attending the group she’s hooked herself into. Then there’s the financial damage to the adults attending if they’re recruited.

if I was in charge of that messy play business that is running the group I’d be considering how it will pan out for me if FLP becomes attached to my business and then my clients get rinsed by Yawn or they have to put up with the hard sell from her or anyone she recruits every time they attend. They may find they start to lose people opposed to MLM or those that become irritated by it. That’s assuming the messy play business owner isn’t a bot themselves.

Yawns latest 'boxing with dumbbells' insta reel - 😂😂😂...I thought the pretend body pump was bad form but the weird combat / pump hybrid is just horrendous.

What IS she doing?! None of her workouts are effective. She does that thing people do where they randomly combine loads of moves together to make things look complicated instead of just mastering simple moves effectively and the boxing with dumbbells looks dangerous on the wrists!

I see Castle has given herself a promotion on Insta- she now describes herself as 'Scamversity CEO' (She was previously 'Co-Founder').

I expect she sees it as making the best out of Fierce baling out, silver lining and all that.

Most people see it as same shit, different bucket.

On her feel fabulous group she's doing a bar workout and bending at the waist picking up a bar full of weights. I cringed at every rep waiting for her back to go
